Allowed me to order the item I wanted and pay for it, going to the bother of searching for something else to add into the order as it had to be over £45. Then some days later telling me they would refund my money as item was out of stock!
Bought two boxes of biscuits as a gift and was informed 5 days later, on delivery day, my payment was refunded because product was unavailable. It was still showing as available. Bought the same thing from another company at half the price.
Main part of my order missing, still trying to track down someone to talk to, to rectify this as I have been charged full price

We waited 3 days for our order with no notice as to when it would arrive. It arrived with 2 key items missing. All 3 items of salad stuff were slimey and smelly in the bags and had to be thrown away on arrival. The next day we found that an onion and the broccoli had also gone off. I sent emails and finally received a refund which was less than the value of the missing and defective items. Will never use again.

I have not received my product despite 2 messages saying it’s on its way. No communication or reason. I’m very disappointed
Awful experience, missing items, late delivery and replaced items I ordered for others as they were out of stock, no prior notice and I did not want these… No responses from emails after numerous chase, would only accept items back if I paid to send them back.. you sent me the wrong items after charging me £7.50 to receive them initially, which was late, then h expect me to pay the send them you back. Awful customer experience, avoid at all cost.
Delivery information was useless & a day late after having been told delivery was on time - this is due to ParcelForce.

A bit of either confusion or misunderstanding with when the order would be delivered.
I had an email saying the order was out for delivery that day.
It didn't arrive but came early the next day.
This wasn't a big problem, but annoying waiting in.
The company does what it says on the tin a first class business. I have used this 2 times and will continue to do so

Overall the produce was ok, the tomatoes were superb, the courgettes were huge more like marrows !!, the rest was just okay !! Rather disappointed for the price.
Incompetent company. Ordered frozen cherries and they never arrived. Hard to get hold of them on the phone, sometimes slow to respond to emails. Said they sent it 3 times but I only received 1 lot of delivery info from the courier. Refunded a month after my order date.

However I’m not happy with my order. I bought this rhubarb based on the fact that this was Yorkshire forced rhubarb renowned for (as stated on your website) ‘its dazzling colour’.
I run a wedding cake business and one of my most popular flavours is rhubarb and custard which has a filling of homemade rhubarb compote. With pink forced rhubarb this gives a lovely pink filling, and whilst I looked in the supermarkets for pink rhubarb, it appears that the summer seasons only yield slightly pink mostly green.
I bought from your website based on the colour of the rhubarb on the image and also the fact that you specifically note the colour.
I was disappointed today when I received it and it’s mainly green and I’ll be unable to use the majority of it, as a green filling in a wedding cake will not look appetising.
I’m sorry to be so pedantic about this but I could have quite easily gone to a supermarket and bought exactly the same for a fraction of the price. I was prepared the pay the higher price with you purely for the colour, but now it feels like I’ve wasted a lot of money and most of the product won’t be able to be used for the purpose for which it was bought.
I do feel that this should be made clear on your website.

I ordered various items at 10am whilst I was in Leeds and the delivery came before my train pulled into King's Cross! Unbelievable!
