The order department doesn’t answer the phone and you have to chase and chase.

Poor customer service
Really disappointed with the customer service. Got in contact multiple times about the poor delivery and subsequent state of the product. No response.

Scam. No stock but still accept online order, then took my money and ignore all my emails!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYHTING FROM THEM, SUCH A SCAM.
A product was shown as avaliable to purchase on their website. After i placed an online order and paid a full amount including an additinal delivery fee, they told me no stock so a refund will be made.
However, they only refund the amount of the product, but not the additonal delivery fee.
I sent emails many times to them asking about why they insisted charging me delivery fee as nothing to be delivered.
They ignored all my emails and still took my delivery fee money.
I am extremely disappointed on their behaviour.

I ordered 8 tins of biscuit but only 2 was delivered, very appalling service. Got to know that this is not a one off... I will never use you guys again

Pedestrian hit by van
Company van parked in middle of junction while driver left van, causing another van to hit a Pedestrian. First Choice made aware of this but wont acknowledge fault. Avoid these cowboys.

Really excellent produce
Really excellent produce - the fresh veg really was fresh and good quality. Good range of not-so-easy-to-find frozen veg too. Quickly delivered by their own van - very friendly driver.

I will not use First Choice Produce again
My order was cancelled with no explanation.
Later I found out the price has gone up from what I paid, therefore my order was cancelled so I would have to pay more.
I will not use First Choice Produce again.

Lovely fruit and veg BUT
Lovely fruit and veg. As this was delivered by post I was very disappointed how wet everything was. The ice packs had completely thawed and so had the frozen leeks. Previously the orde had been delivered by the first choice van. Not keen to order again if arriving by post. Shame. ☹️

I asked for a dover sole to be headed and skinned both sides and it was only skinned one side with the head still on.
Do as you advertise on your website. If you say you remove head and skin on both sides, please do so.

Missing items/missing refund
Hello, I am happy with the quality of produce and other items however my deliveries often miss items.
This time 5 items were missing and only 4 were refunded despite sending three emails requesting a refund for missing Organic soy sauce. To date I have not received a reply nor a refund.
