Called saturday due to a blocked drain, Glen called me straight away, had a discussion on the issue and he gave me a rough eta, communication was on point, service when he arrived at my property was amazing and gave advise to follow up with anglia water due to shared drain. Couldn't have asked more from Glen and the company

Efficient service
Chris, a very knowledgeable operative, came out quickly, guided me through the options and rapidly identified and dealt with the problem in a lengthy aged section of drains. I asked for a CCTV follow up to the clearance and a couple of significant but not major issues were identified requiring optional further work to avoid a recurrence. A quote is to follow.

James was a pleasure to work with. He understood what work needed to be carried out and gave us a clear quote.
He then did the work, kept us updated, and finished on schedule. He was also charming to have on site.

Having had 3 drain clean services First were the only ones that did the job
Having had 3 drain clean service companies failing to get the problem resolved. First local service was called. Having made a very long journey to get to us a curtesy call confirming their time was called to me by Nic
From then on a very professional service was given and together with Pete the problem was was dealt with, FIRST CLASS Would only call for their services if ever I needed help

Excellent service from Glen and Bob
Excellent service from Glen and Bob. They explained the problem with the blocked drains and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue as quickly and cleanly as possible. They left the site clean and tidy and our drains flowing freely. Thank you fellas hopefully I won’t need you again but if I do I know who I will call.

We made a phone call on the Sunday and…
We made a phone call on the Sunday and said they would be with us on the Monday. They were true to their word and the drainage engineer, Kev did an amazing job where other people we had out previously could not do. We were at the end of our tether and Kev made sure the blockage had gone before he left - thank you for being consistent- you are a credit to your team

External Drain Blockage
Had an external drain blockage between kitchen and main sewer. Had this ‘supposedly’ cleared 10 months ago but NOT by First Local. The engineer turned up promptly and jet washed the drain. Cleared the blockage but put up a camera up to make sure and found more gunk. Jet washed again and cleared completely. All done in an hour. Would recommend.

Blocked drains now cleared
Joe came out to what we thought was a blocked drain in back garden to discover both drains were blocked he cleared the blockages and highlighted displacement in the pipe work in several places which he is coming back to repair for us

Real person answered phone promptly. Elliott arrived as arranged, phoning to confirm arrival time. Drain blockage cleared efficiently and camera revealed crack and displacement of pipe. Remedial work quote received promptly and date for work confirmed. A really positive experience and efficient, knowledgeable staff.
