Diasappointing quote payment screen
While the quote is very satisfactory (for a mobility scooter), the website is badly designed designed when it comes to completing payment.
We found ourselves having paid twice because when paying there is no final opportunity to decide whether to pay or clear instructions how to complete the purchase.
You faced with 'confirmation' and 'summarise'. No instructions, so it looks as though there is something missing on the page. Touch 'summarise ' and details such as your quote number appear . Checking your account (not everybody uses on-line banking) you find money has been taken from your account, or in our case, 2 times, and we have the hassle of asking for a refund, (The office having closed, and we have only one quote number. Shouldn't happen!

Prices not as advertised…
Bought scooter insurance as advertised via lifestle magazine from motability. I insured a lowish cost machine and the prices stated, other than that for the basic cover, at c+25%, were much higher than advertiised.
The helpful team member believed i had pressed the wrong button, which I did not. I had also entered the correct code.. They had also recorded totally the wrong make and model.
I am grateful that I got the correct policy sorted, but reject any notion of contributory errors on my part

Friendly Team - online is the only option given!
We did not receive the renewal letter renewal and the email reminder went into our junk.
To renew online you need to confirm you have had a written renewal notice but 'contact our friendly team'.
When I called, the person on the phone was very direct and accusingly said I had been sent the letter. I said I didn't not dispute it had been sent, I was confirming I had not received it. She then went onto give an elongated explanation of how their mail is handled. That is not of interest, I just wanted to renew my daughter's policy. I was then resent the email and the only option was to renew online. Pretty tiresome.

Took a lot longer on the website than previous years to get a quote. This may be for good reasons however? I would still choose them.
