Took a lot longer on the website than previous years to get a quote. This may be for good reasons however? I would still choose them.

Still waiting for a refund...
Still waiting for a refund after cancelling my husband's Scooter policy in April, called the 3 times to chase to be assured that a cheque will be sent, still nothing!
Guess it's time to get in the phone to be told the same thing again, I'll be making a complaint soon.

Very easy to take out the mobility scooter insurance. All done on line. Not complex at all. Of course - the proof will be if i ever make a claim.
