Disgraceful service
I was with an elderly friend on a mobility scooter. His scooter suddenly stopped working. He has Fish breakdown cover. He is nearly 80 and vulnerable. He broke down at 6.30pm and he was effectively left stranded as they could find no-one to come out. Even if someone had been found he was told they couldn’t take him to his home even if they took his scooter to his home. In the end I had to make arrangements to get him and his scooter home. It was disgraceful. If I hadn’t been there heaven only knows what would have happened to him. He’d still be out there now.They don’t seem to have anyone to help outside of office hours.

Well first of all why the hell can fish…
Well first of all why the hell can't fish insurance have on there crooked and corrupt website that we can actually go on there website and actually view OUR INSURANCE DETAIL'S instead of having to phone them up asking for our policy document's. You know it's NOT that hard to do really is it. What's the point of having an account page if we CANNOT even see and read our POLICY DOCUMENT'S ON fish's completely USELESS EXCUSE of a WEBSITE where WE CANNOT READ OUR POLICY DOCUMENT'S ON there completely RUBBISH WEBSITE AT ALL. They fish are very quick to let us take out an insurance policy for ANYTHING. Get this sorted out ASAP because YOU AT FISH WILL BE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARD'S AND THE FINANCIAL AUTHORITY SERVICE'S FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. WE YOUR UNFORTUNATE CUSTOMER'S SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO PHONE YOU UP JUST TO VIEW OUR POLICY DOCUMENT'S WHEN WE CAN JUST GO ON YOUR RUBBISH WEBSITE AND NOT TO VIEW OUR POLICY DOCUMENT'S ONLINE OK.
