Purchased online, very easy!!
Bought mobility scooter insurance through the internet. Very easy and explicit. Price was good and gave us the third party insurance which was most important.

I have used fish before
I have used fish before, my experience with the company was good, so I returned with confidence. The forms ( questions) were easy to follow and only took a couple of minutes, you have choices, you can take out the basic policy, or add more. The customer service is easy to contact. I am happy to recommend fish for you're insurance. Keith.

Excellent Customer Service, Transparent Policy
I made a telephone enquiry and the advisor was so helpful and easygoing - even agreed to email me what we discussed - that I felt happy to continue on and buy insurance for my new Powerchair.
It was a simple process, everything is explained well and easy to understand.
The customer service number is prominently shown in case you have questions like I did, which is a good sign in my book. I felt that there was transparency and reassurance, unusual when buying insurance!
