Incorrect dress was delivered after a month. The company engaged in email with me and offered 10% refund. I refused as the item delivered was incorrect. They then actively blocked my email communication through their info@ address. Completely rogue company. Do not buy from them.

I agree with all the bad reviews on here , do not use this awful company, it’s a scam , the clothes are nothing like the photos , I had to go to my bank to get my money back , if you have had the same experience go and speak to your bank and raise a dispute, this company must be stopped!

Would give zero stars if I could. Same experience as everyone else - horrendous quality goods, emails bouncing back, phone lines unanswered. I've raised a chargeback with credit card company. It would be interesting to hear if others have been successful with this, as the company are impossible to contact. Interestingly, the returns address on the packaging is a warehouse in Feltham so I'll be passing that onto the police.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Ordered a dress for my wife 9 days ago. Tracking doesn’t work on Shop. Contacted Fjorna via their email address multiple times and all emails all got bounced back and not delivered. Tried phoning website number and goes straight to voicemail. Issued chargeback via my bank. Stay away from this “company” and save yourself the stress and hassle and don’t order from them.

Even after spending £15 to send my item back to China after they assured me I would receive a refund they have blocked me on email and their web page Fjorna.com has disappeared error 404

Stay away from this shop! They are scammers. I received the dress from them, but it was a very bad quality. When I wanted to return it, they deleted their email and I couldn’t reach them.

Fake company and clothes on site is not as what is depicted. I have asked for refund until now no refund. Customer service is poor. No answer to emails.

Items took almost 2 weeks to arrive as were shipped from China... NOT the Netherlands which the website claims they are based in. The items that arrived were poorly and cheaply made and were definitely not going to be worn for my prom after I'd seen how hideous it was. Tried to contact them through email to initiate a returns label but have recieved no reply about the issue as they are ignoring all emails. They tried to offer a partial refund for the dress multiple times but when I explicitly asked them for a FULL refund, it was like tumbleweed. I have now had to contact my bank in order to file a dispute as I have recieved no contact back about a return label. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Do NOT use this site. The item was nothing like as advertised. When I tried to claim a refund the website had been taken offline and the email address - to which they had been responding to - bounced back as undeliverable.

Don't order anything from them poor product no respond for return very negative experience they dont respond for my emails

Items were not a described, polyester and not linen
Items tool over a month to arrive
When asked for a return address...no answer
Have raised issue with Credit card company to recover monies.

Shorts didnt have pockets as described on the website and the quality was poor - worth £5 in my opinion not £30. Returns option is to pay for postage to Asia and wait 4 weeks for refund. I won't shop here again - so many better places to spend my money.

Basically dont buy from any of these companies that flash up online. 3rd time ive done this and i might as well have given my money to a charity. Apalling quality and no info to return.... how are they operating?

Unable to contact company for return of my money as my internet security is blocking every mention of them. The dress that I ordered would fit a six year old I can't even get it over my head.

Bought what i thought was the most beautiful dress online. The one that arrived was badly made and did not fit! Costumer services were quick to reply to my emails and seemed very helpful until I asked for a refund!! Since then, my emails have been blocked!! I have tried using other email addresses, but they have blocked them too! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Ordered 5 items from this company and each one was absolutely awful!!! The company is not based in the Netherlands as all the items were shipped from China. I emailed for a refund and they offered me a discount if I kept items so I declined as they’re just awful. There are no labels, no size tages, not even made in China! I purchased on my credit card so have reported as a scam and hopeful they’ll refund me. However its a pain and the photos were beautiful! The reality was very ugly. If I could score a zero I would do.

Absolutely shocking looks like a nice website in the Netherlands with high quality products. What you receive is far from what was advertised.

I purchased what was supposed to have been a white denim dress for £44 - I have received a poor quality dress scrunched up in a tiny bag probably shipped from china, with polyester material. I have tried to access the website to request a refund and I am unable to even access that. Feel like I have been totally scammed. I have emailed the company and will live in hope that they get back to me. 🤦🏽‍♀️
