This company is a massive scam and a lie. I ordered a linen dress and what came was horrific nylon really awfully made and they will only refund if I return to china. They are presenting as a European company - it’s really frustrating and I should have been more careful.

Do not buy from this company I ordered a dress not realising it was going to be shipped from China so would not arrive in the times stated on the website or time for the event i was ordering for. I emailed immediately to try and cancel the order being shipped and got no reply. Dress arrived looking really cheap have been trying to contact them since to arrange a return but have had no response

The item delivered bears almost no resemblance to the dress shown in their website advertising photographs. The images on their website portray an elegant, high-quality dress made from flowing fabric and with a refined finish. What I received is a poorly made garment constructed from very cheap-looking material.
To make matters worse, the dress arrived from China compressed into a small plastic bag, literally packed down to the size of my fist. When opened, it was heavily creased and looked nothing like the product advertised. The quality, fit, fabric, and overall appearance are completely different from the photographs used to market the item.
I consider this to be misleading advertising . They should banned this website ! A total Scam .

Look good & very soft leather.
Quite tight across the toes & have a very flat heel, with little arch support.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!

Excellent service and a great product now I have unfolded and letting it settle, thank you and just in time for the return of the sunshine.

The jumpsuit bared little resemblance to the item that was delivered, the quality of material, design was awful. I bought this for a wedding outfit but I would not even wear it in the garden. No shape at all.
Returns very difficult staying I would need to pay around £20 to ship back to china and if they didn’t receive in 30 days I would not get anything back. I paid £48 for a product not even worth a £1

Longer than the stated delivery times (3-4 weeks) with no update as to when i could expect my items. Items are poorly made and bad quality. Returns shipping costed me £35!!! And takes up to 4 weeks supposedly for refund!! Terrible company do not use!! Overall bad experience!!

I ordered two dresses from their website, they were shipped from China three weeks later and only one dress arrived. It wasnt one of the two i ordered.

Customer service team kept reassuring me that the order is on its way.

Returning it anyway doesnt seem to be an option, neither is getting a refund. Returns are at the customer expense which is 20-30£. I doubt you ever get a refund anyway.

This is clearly a fraudulent business and should be avoided.

After receiving one instead of two dresses and none if those i ordered, i was given the following options

Option 1: 100% store credit - Choose any item from our store with the same value
Option 2: FREE replacement - We'll send you the same item again at no cost
Option 3: 20% partial refund and keep the item

Avoid at all cost

The website shows good quality clothing but the items that arrived are of the poorest quality.
Incomplete refunds are offered on return at significant customer expense to China, totally unacceptable.
This company is not reputable.

This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY from them. It claims it's based in The Netherlands but it's cheap Chinese rubbish. The 'dress' that arrived was like a fancy dress costume. The cheap synthetic material you would make a super hero cape out of. They may have well have sent a dolls dress. They are saying it will cost me between £15-£30 to return it and take 4 weeks before I can have a refund. This must happen to every purchase. The return address is in China. I have reported to Trading Standards and would urge all other customers to do the same.

Update: 26/6/26. As you can see Fjorna have replied to this review asking me to contact their info email quoting my order number. (Even though this is where I was previously communicating with them) This is clearly just for show for the sake of this platform as they have not responded to this email 2 days later

The worst experience Ive ever had. Its taken a month and no products. They have promised the goods but not here. They aren’t Dutch. A dodgy con company. Don’t touch them

I bought a dress and what I received was pieces of the cheapest fabric sewn together... just. I tracked and later questioned where it was coming from - China and was told they have many distribution centres. I paid circa £40 as a so called sale price and was told, I could choose a another item for free and keep the 'whatever that was' or return the item for £30.

Interestingly, you can no longer find a picture of the 'dress' and even the image on the email invoice is gone. So image is a link to the original which no doubt deleted rendering any links void.

Fortunately for me I took a screenshot of the dress so I have a copy, and the cheap fabric looks nothing like the original pic.

This is a fake company and any positive reviews are plants.... do not buy - stay clear whatever you do. This is a scam

I think this is the first review I have ever wrote.

I ordered a pair of shoes for holiday, they took 2 months to come and when they did they looked nothing like the photo, wrapped in a bin bag and poor quality.

They offered a refund but in product form, so I chose another set of use of the same value. Yet again, wrong style shoe, size 7 and bad quality! I ordered a size 10.

When I contacted them they ignored me.

Complete scam. My item arrived from China nearly four weeks after purchase and what arrived was a complete mockery to the purchaser and also a complete lie from what was depicted in the image on the website.

It was essentially a fancy dress hat with some tassels and ribbon glued on.

Should not be allowed to trade at such poor standards.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a size UK9.5 and they arrived too small, and not as per the description/photos on the website. I then asked for a refund which they rejected and said the would offer a replacment size UK10. The shoes that arrived were size UK12, so no good to me. I then asked for a refund again and got declined, on the basis I accepted a replacement. Not swedish, some cheap temu/chinese poor quality impersonator, so avoid like the plague.

The item I ordered was a gift so was disappointed that it didn’t fit but the customer service team were amazing. Sorted it all out the same day and are sending a replacement as we speak. Very impressed.

I was so excited to find this website as the dresses looked beautiful. However, the delivery was slow and on arrival the clothing quality was awful. Don’t stand close to a naked flame whilst wearing one of their items and don’t expect the zips to last. Such a shame because the designs are attractive.
Also, the website does not make it clear the returns are to be posted back to China, at the buyer’s expense.
I had higher expectations of a Scandinavian company. Beware.

This company is a scam and should be avoided. It lists itself as a long established Scandinavian family firm but once an order is placed it becomes clear that it is in fact very probably a Chinese scam. Products are cheap and wrong items are sent. Then in spite of UK statutory rights they attempt to duck out of refunds. I am taking them to small claims. But best simply to avoid altogether.

I order a dress for a wedding.The dress is VERY POOR QUALITY,and is not what I ordered.It canes a cheap summer dress,not even my sexier .PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .Thay are coming from China ,and on the website said is coming from Holland .Very very disappointed,and without a dress for the wedding.Thank you Fjorna ….😔
