Bought the Gotham 600 to complete our new fireplace installation. We are really pleased with this fire in terms of appearance, realistic flame effect and ease of operation.
The app control is really useful but could be improved if it allowed multi-user feature.

The bulb on my fire went kaputt and after searching for over 3 hours I was directed to Flamerite who were able to identify the item and even had the generosity to send me a new bulb free of charge. That arrived in the post the next day. Most impressive and pleasant service.

I wasn't sure what I wanted but after emailing and sending a photo I received my part a couple of days later, very helpful staff, very satisfied customer.. brilliant.

The company are very helpful and very efficient as had to ring up for a remote and came the next day. The fire is beautiful and am looking forward to switching on for a cosy night by the fire. I have a nitro flame one which has over 35 colour settings.

We purchased our Flamerite fire as part of an order we made for a new fireplace online. The company we bought both through were recommended by a fireplace fitter and we spent time reviewing the possible options which would best suit our home. Purchasing online rather than trying to find a local fireplace showroom proved the best option for us. We had more choice and could ensure the right look and suitability for our home. We did of course run through our choices with the fitter before ordering. The Flamerite fire we purchased is an ARLO 22. We are delighted with the simple clean design and realistic flame effect which can be used with or without the heating. We can strongly recommend Flamerite and are highly delighted with our purchase

We purchased the Gotham 60x60 and are very pleased with its looks. We were surprised about the background noise, and find it annoying in a quiet room. This is made worse when the heater is on as the thermostat regularly clicks in and out. We had fitting problems with regard to draught-proofing, and are currently trying to retrospectively address this. Most concerning, and needing to be addressed by Flamerite, is that the instructions demand that to fit in an existing chimney it must be SEALED. This canned t be the case as there has to be a residual ventilation to save damp problems occurring.

We are in love with our new feature fire place, 600x600 Gotham unit is the center piece of our living room. We are so happy our local store recommended the product, would 100% recommend to anyone looking into purchasing a Flamerite fire place. 10/10

Great looking fire modern and classy 🔥 with logs and the flames make it realistic and makes room cosy ...easy to operate and install....glad I spent a little time to get what I wanted .. Everyone who sees it says it's stunning

The fire looks good and was easy to fit, although it does need a very flat and vertically plumb wall to avoid any gaps - our new plastering certainly wasn't very flat!
It works well and is easy to control.
The only down side it that the fan is very noisy, and is on all the time, whether heat is selected or not.
Looking at other reviews this seems to be a fairly common complaint

After having a gas fire for many years, we are very pleased with our British made Ennio Nitra Flame Fire.
The fire can be operated and controlled remotely from either a supplied remote, or via an app. on your smart phone / tablet.
The fire has multiple settings for temperature as well as for the colour of both the log bed and the flame, which provides a truly amazing feature and focal point in our lounge even during the summer months when the heating is turned off.
The fire comes with a two year guarantee and the Customer Service is first class. We had a minor issue with the fire shortly after purchase which was successfully dealt with and resolved in the most efficient; effective and professional manner.

I couldn’t be more happier with our fire. It’s so realistic and makes our living room so cosy! The fire is super modern and gives out the perfect level of heat. I also couldn’t fault the amazing service. Thank you so much

After seeing the fireplaces at Flamerite fires, we purchased ours and got the renovations done. Flamerite delivered and returned to install in a timely manner. Very professional in all aspects. Highly recommended.
