Excellent product and first class service.
Delivery date was earlier than expected and delivery driver was really helpful.

We were absolutely delighted with our new Flamerite Fire. The log effect electric fire that was installed in our lounge looks very realistic but more importantly emits a warm inviting glow. It now makes the whole lounge far more agreeable and homely. We consider the fire to have been an excellent purchase and only wish we had taken this action at an earlier date given the obvious beneficial outcome.

I had a very unusual request which was dealt with amazingly by Megan. We purchased an electric fire suite which consisted of a flamerite fire which we love. Unfortunately our crazy dog took to licking the handle of the tray at the bottom!! This inturn caused it to tarnish. I was put in contact with flamerite and what a refreshing, professional experience it was. Megan was extremely prompt with dealing with my problem (along with seeing the funny side of our strange dog) and she offered to send a new tray out 1st class that day, which I received the next. Excellent, prompt friendly service.

Bought my very nice Flamerite electric fire to replace an old and unattractive gas fire. I am thrilled with the new one - looks remarkably like a real wood fire with gently flickering flames - not overdone and it looks inviting/warming even when the actual fire is not switched on. Two heat levels and an adjustable level makes for an easy to use, attractive and efficient heat source.

I purchased my fire when buying a new fireplace from the living room at wakefield.the whole package is a truly comforting sight for me when i sit down in the evening and feel so cosy and warm .it is easy for me to use with arthritis and looks so realistic!

The fireplace is solid and looks fantastic both on and off, the only disappointment is that the app often cannot find my fire and as there is no remote I have to get on my hands and knees to adjust it. Apart from that I cannot complain.

Ordered our Flamerite fire and it was available much quicker than expected. It was easy to instal ourselves into my parents house and has become the focal point of the room. The controls are easy for my 90 year old father to use and he’s thrilled that he can have the flame effect without heat if he wants. Makes the room look much more cosy on an evening. Would definitely recommend.

Can't speak highly enough of the customer service provided by Flamerite. Recently purchased a house with a Flamerite fire in situ but without a remote control. Rang the company who immediately sourced a remote and provided instructions how to synchronise it with the fire. Thank you for excellent support.

The fire is a great centre piece that added the finishing touch to our living room. Looks great and cannot fault the quality of the product.

Having had our Gotham fire fitted we noted a small scratch on the front glass.
One call to customer services and a replacement was organised no quibble at all.

The shop from where we bought the electric fire (Woodglow Broughton in Solihull) was excellent with clear and helpful advice. The fire was installed with little inconvenience and looks really good. It is easy to work either with a remote control or a ‘phone application. It provides adequate heat and the flame display is very realistic.

Fire looks amazing.Brilliant service from Dean and Andy and young lady whose name I didn’t get. Geoff who fitted it did a fantastic job and left no mess.

Fire looks quite lifelike and neat. Basic use is quite therapeutic.

Emailed company this morning to ask where i could purchase replacement bulbs for my Luns 1200 fire, within half an hour i had received a response saying they would send me out replacements.
This company is brilliant, fantastic response times and extremely helpful. Darren went out of his way to help, is a credit to the company. We'll done all of you.

We are delighted with the electric fire that we purchased from your company.This fire was purchased to replace our gas fire which we rarely used.It will be nice and cosy in the winter months to have the flame effect on to complement the central heating.It is a great looking fire and sits nicely in our fireplace.
From purchase to fitting was easy and professional and to top it all it was competitively priced.

We purchased our fire during the start of the heatwave so we have not really had a chance to test out the heating capability of our Gotham 750. This is an imposing fire with a beautiful bespoke white marble fire surround put in through Stafford Fireplaces and Stoves. The colour changes look fantastic and our lounge is transformed,
A tip for would be purchasers is to go into the shop with pictures of your current room and fire to be replaced. This was enormously helpful and advice given was A1.
With the long Summer heatwave, we still have not tested the heating though!!

From ordering to fitting everything went as expected. I asked them to fit colour changing lights on the surround & it looks fantastic.
