Offered €20 to accept a faulty desk that cost €780!
(NL) Support have NOT been supportive. I reached out highlighting that my new desk wasn't functioning as advertised. I sent video demonstrating the issue, as requested. Followed the troubleshooting steps prescribed. Let them know nothing improved and I shared some additional information that I thought might be helpful.
The last response left me almost speechless - I was basically told that the faulty behaviour is expected (despite clear advertising to the contrary) and I was offered €20 to not return the desk and keep quiet (basically)!
Zero attempt to resolve the issue (other than repeating the same thing to me about changing the sensitivity, despite my already having said that I did as was asked of me to troubleshoot) eg send me a replacement part to test...
Absolutely shocking.
I called the support number, which is outside NL, and actually received support from them so I am now awaiting said replacement part and hopefully all is resolved.

Snelle levering, prachtig bureau en super makkelijk om in elkaar te zetten. Makkelijke bediening. Precies wat ik zocht. Ook mijn vragen werden dezelfde dag nog beantwoord. Ik beveel Flexispot van harte aan!

I was looking for a sturdy standing desk that was an investment for my productivity and health. After trying various options and looking at them, I settled for Flexispot and I'm very pleased with my desk.
Had a slight issue and reached out to customer service, which Kelly resolved for me promptly. Very pleased overall :)

Excellent company, products and customer service
Received my desk and assembled it about a week ago. Really really happy with my desk. Still waiting for my chair to be delivered, as everything gets delivered in separate pieces. Overall everything is good quality and the customer service is prompt, professional and courteous (I had to communicate with them when returning a monitor arm I ordered as well which didn’t quite live up to my expectations). Highly recommend this company and their products!

Ik ben diep teleurgesteld in mijn recente ervaring met Flexispot.nl . Op 7 mei 2024 plaatste ik een bestelling voor een bureau tafel, in de hoop mijn werkruimte snel te kunnen upgraden. Ik betaalde direct, vol vertrouwen in de belofte van een levering binnen 3 werkdagen. Maar tot mijn verbazing en frustratie is mijn bestelling nog steeds nergens te bekennen!
Het gebrek aan communicatie van Flexispot is schokkend. Het lijkt erop dat ze denken dat ze zonder enige uitleg klanten kunnen laten wachten op hun bestellingen. Maar zo werkt het niet! Als klant verdien ik respect en eerlijkheid, iets wat bij hun duidelijk mist.
Ik zal hier nooit meer iets bestellen en zal anderen aanmoedigen hetzelfde te doen.

Great interaction with the Customer Suppot
I've interected a few times with the Flexispot Customer Support team and every single time they were very helpful.
Last time I've interacted with them was when I received a demaged product (the damage happened during the shippment). They were very quick in answering (1st answer on a Sunday) and with a few emails they arranged for me to have the product replaced.
Interaction with them was smooth and happened only via email. There was no need at all to call.
Suck at delivery
Suck at delivery! We ordered 3 times with them, every time we had to keep asking for the update for delivery date. No information was provided and the customer service is not very helpful as they cannot provide any useful information. We are paying so much for the desk and the chairs, at least you can do is to invest in better logistics service, to give at least an ETA and more accurate information! Some of us have to work and cannot stay at home all day just to wait for the delivery that might not come!

I ordered a tabletop from their website. I have already their standing desk and would like to increase the size of tabletop. I bought the item 27th of March but they have not given the item courier even yet and I do not have the tracking number. Even in the one week, they did not ship the product. If you check their website, they guaranteeing that it will be delivered within 7 days, but in my case, they did not even ship the product. I contacted with them in different ways but they gave the same answer always and did not take any action based on this issue. Their have really bad shipping service and customer service. Overall, this is really disappointing and bad experience for me.

On 3-2-2024 I ordered the electrically adjustable base (E7) with a matching cable tray (CMP502-W). Upon delivery and after payment, the cable duct was not included in the package.
On February 24, 2024 I contacted customer service via email. I never had a reaction to this.
On March 19, 2024 I contacted customer service by telephone. I had to call a phone number in the UK. After being on the line for more than 15 minutes (high call costs!), the answer was that the cable tray was not in stock, while the website indicated it was when I placed my order. No compensation was offered. I had the choice of subsequent delivery (waiting more than a month) or my money back for the cable tray. I have asked for confirmation via email that I would like to receive the cable duct for subsequent delivery. I was supposed to receive the email within 24 hours, but that never happened (also not in spam).
On March 21, 2024 I contacted customer service again by telephone. This time 20 minutes, and again a lot of calling costs. The customer service representative kept me waiting for a long time because she would immediately coordinate matters with a colleague. I again asked for confirmation via email, because I had indicated that I had not received one the last time I spoke to her. I should have received a confirmation email the same day, but again it did not arrive.
In summary:
-Misleading customers about inventory
-Paid for a product that was not delivered
-High calling costs with customer service
-Repeatedly not honoring agreements
Don't be misled and don't buy products from this company!

Op 3-2-2024 heb ik het elektrisch verstelbare onderstel (E7) met een bijpassende kabelgoot (CMP502-W) besteld. Bij levering, en na betaling, bleek de kabelgoot niet in het pakket te zitten.
Op 24-2-2024 heb ik via email contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Hier heb ik nooit een reactie op gehad.
Op 19-3-2024 heb ik telefonisch contact gehad met de klantenservice. Ik moest een telefoonnummer in het Verenigd Koninkrijk bellen. Na meer dan 15 minuten aan de lijn te hebben gehangen (hoge belkosten!) was het antwoord dat de kabelgoot niet op voorraad was, terwijl die t.t. van de bestelling volgens de website wel op voorraad zou moeten zijn. Er werd geen compensatie geboden. Ik had de keuze uit nalevering (meer dan een maand wachten) of mijn geld terug voor de kabelgoot. Ik heb gevraagd om een bevestiging via de email dat ik graag de kabelgoot op nalevering zou willen ontvangen. De mail zou ik binnen 24 uur krijgen, maar dat is nooit gebeurd (ook niet in de spam).
Op 21-3-2024 heb ik opnieuw met de klantenservice telefonisch contact gehad. Dit maal wel 20 minuten, en wederom veel belkosten gemaakt. De medewerker van de klantenservice heeft me lang laten wacht omdat ze e.e.a. direct zou afstemmen met een collega. Ik vroeg wederom om een bevestiging via de mail, omdat ik had aangegeven die niet te hebben gehad de laatste keer dat ik haar sprak. Ik had dezelfde dag een bevestigingsmail moeten ontvangen, maar wederom bleef die uit.
Samengevat:
-Slecht voorraadbeheer en misleiding van klanten over voorraad
-Betaald voor een product dat niet geleverd is
-Hoge belkosten met klantenservice
-Komen afspraken herhaaldelijk niet na
Laat u niet misleiden en koop geen producten bij dit malafide bedrijf!

Unacceptable - they're practically lying and hiding information
I ordered an E7Pro frame with a desk top and wheels on December 8th 2023. Desk top and wheels arrived a couple of days later. While I was ordering, on the website, it was said that the frame was going to be in stock on December 29th 2023. I accepted the 3 week wait and made the payment.
We're on January 15th 2024, 5 weeks after my order. The website still says it will be available on the 29th of December (A DATE THAT'S IN THE PAST)!
- I contacted the customer service about 5 times, and at first, they said they expected to have the product in stock at the end of January 2024 (no specific date, just end of month).
- I contacted them again yesterday, and they said end of FEBRUARY.
- I contacted them today, AGAIN, and they said they expect to have it in stock in DECEMBER 2023 (which was 2 weeks AGO).
They expect the users to be fine with at least 2 months delay. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
They deliberately hide the information on when the product will be received, shipped, if ever. The website is VERY misleading about this. All they say is "sorry".
I'm more than frustrated and disappointed in this service. I'm waiting for one final answer, and depending on that, I will return the products that arrived, ask for a refund and potentially sue for fraudulent behavior.
Wij zijn zeer tevreden!
Wij zijn zeer tevreden!! Deze stoelen die zeer relaxt zitten met usb aansluiting en elektrisch bedienbaar kun je niet bij een reguliere winkel kopen hier (waar ze woekerprijzen vragen) en ook niet zo comfortabel zitten. Binnen 10 dagen geleverd.
Tip aan verkopers doe een mailtje wanneer de bezorger langskomt. Nu moest hij 2x rijden en das ook duur. ;)
