We ordered our living room carpet from the Stockport branch. Lovely quality carpet, the perfect colour and arrived promptly. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies we have used. I visited the Stockport store not sure of what I wanted. The salesman Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted sometning for the stairs and the one I picked he advised was not really suitable for the stairs as it wasn’t hard wearing. I took his advice and picked another. Very friendly guy and very patient he didn’t rush me at all. Will return.

Incorrectly flooring was ordered twice…
Incorrectly flooring was ordered twice and their head office were not at all pleasant and helpful when dealing with the issue and delay of waiting for the correct flooring after 2 months, unfortunately I won’t be using this company again.
Update, following speaking to their customer care team they have apologised and arranged a good will gesture which has been appreciated given the circumstance - special thank you to Grace in that team.

Do Not Use This Company
If you are looking for a realiable service, do not use this company. We had issues with the Stockport Branch from the point of sale right through to installation.
We had our order changed, without notification from the store, the store manager Daniel was quite frankly the worst example of customer service I've ever encountered. We had no choice but to accept the circumstances.
The flooring has been installed (5 Oct) there has been damaged caused to brand new wardrobes which were only installed in June at a cost of £3200, damage to the paintwork and the installation itself is a really poor job, with gaps and badly fitted beading. I've tried to contact the company and have written and supplied photographs and to date I'm still waiting for a response. I paid over £750 for a really shoddy job!

DISAPPOINTED YET AGAIN
Just an update from my experience of Stockton superstore my flooring started end of September and im still waiting on beading which was fitted completely incorrect colour. Now have to wait till November 12 as currently out of stock then have to wait for fitting. Words can't describe how much I'm disappointed and fuming with such POOR SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED.

Failing to assist a woman lift heavy packs of Flooring in their loading bay.
Firstly my wife went to collect 4 packs of very heavy LVT flooring and when she asked for assistance the staff refused to assist lift into car.
She asked for a trolley also and they refused to use of any lifting aids around store.
When I contacted customer service they said due to their insurance policies they had the right to choose not to assist.
I found it totally unacceptable for staff to stand by and watch a woman struggle to lift very heavy boxes from inside their depot and out to back of car.
If she had an accident on their premises I would have definitely claimed for an avoidable accident.
Also when I purchased the flooring it was not explained that there was a 30 day returns policy. They did explain I could return at half purchase price but no time limits were mentioned.
When I complained the company just gave a robotic answer saying it was just their policy and they could only apologise.
They offered £20 goodwill payment but refused to accept the error on there sales staff for not mentioning return policy in full.
They have lost a lot of money from me as I had a lot of flooring to renovate in the near future and for the sake of refunding me for 1 pack of flooring at half price, I will no longer use them again.
Don’t use them they have no customer service sympathy and just read policies even if they are at fault .

Avoid, avoid, avoid
You would think ordering 4 packs of tiles for click and collect would be straight forward… not with Flooring Superstore!
I went to store to collect my tiles however only 3 of the 4 packs were there. The store (Preston) advised they were unable to help as it was an online order but they would let customer services know. I contacted customer services also, explained what had happened and requested that the final pack be delivered to my home address given getting to and from the store is a 2 hour round trip, minimum. They said they would deliver my final pack of tiles at a cost of £74.99! These are 1 pack of 15x60cm tiles which cost £20.
I refused to pay this so I went to Preston store for a second time on Friday to collect the final pack of tiles, which were marked as delivered. For a second time the tiles were once again not there! I spent a minimum of 3 hours travelling on Friday due to very bad traffic, and there was nothing to collect.
This morning I received an email from customer services to say they no longer have any stock and no date of when they will be back in stock. I’m now left without a shower as the cubicle cannot be completed!
I have submitted a complaint and I will be taking this further and seeking compensation for a partially tiled shower which will need re-doing. I would advise everyone to avoid this company, unless you like wasting a lot of time, effort and money on tiling, chasing up missing items, and driving several hours to pick up an order which doesn’t exist!

I have brought click flooring and it is rubbish
I have brought click flooring and it is not fit for purpose, i have sent videos, pictures, measurements but they just dont wont to give you me my money back i have had two professional floor layers look at the flooring which was laid and they said it was laid correctly, all i have done is sent emails and everything they have asked for but they are still trying to get out of refunding me (PEOPLE PLEASE AVOID)
