Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable I went in looking to buy laminate flooring to put down.
They explained various types and sent me a sample of what the actual colour and type they recommended plus it had different underlay options.
Very easy to lay provided you take your time comes fully recommended.

Good Customer Service from purchase to final floor
The staff at the York branch, especially Sean, were very good throughout the process. Helped explain what LVT flooring was and especially addressed my concerns about how it is laid. The product was delivered on time. I paid for it to be laid by experts contractors who visited me to inspect a floor I felt was likely to be problematic, advised me what was needed, did the work and then laid the floor all in quick succession. The work was carried out with care both in terms of the quality and also not creating a great deal of waste. The floorers also took care to minimise impact on the rest of the house ( dust / footsteps etc despite laying a concrete screed ). Overall I would rate everyone involved very highly. A thing I had been putting off for 10 years was dealt with in a reassuring and helpful manner and the end result is exactly as I had hoped. Can't rate them too highly
