I was disappointed with my recent order. The product didn’t match what I expected, and the delivery took longer than promised.

Spent a lot of money on my wedding bouquet so was a bit disappointed that it had no flower food to keep it fresh for the two day wedding we had as it shrivelled by the next day so was not value for money at all. To think that it was so expensive and other flower shops like Freddie’s would provide extra flower foods without any extra charge making their flowers last longer at a fraction of the price. I only bought with you guys as Freddie’s didn’t have Lilly of the valley which I needed for my wedding!

The person who received the rose was very happy with the quality of rose and packaging. Also they did what they promised... top service

The roses were too small. The biggest balloon has a very strong plastic smell and was already half deflated.

Very quick delivery from placing order. Issue with top of glass vase, chip on the inside, can feel it when you run your finger over it. Response from Flowers Box read “We have checked this item against other vases, and each of them has similar minor imperfections. These are not cracks or damages but natural characteristics of the glass and part of its normal appearance” Not an intellectual reply, my wife and I can tell the difference between a chip and a blemish in glassware!

Ordered a number of flowers for our wedding. Arrived very well packed and upon opening we were wowed at the flower arrangements, particularly the bridal bouquet where every rose was perfect. We had them delivered the day before our wedding and they all were in perfect form for the day. Safe to say we have no issues recommending Flower Box London for a special occasion, they aren't the cheapest but the best flowers we've ever had.

Delivery was quick, and the flowers were amazing. I was just upset after trying 7 times. I couldn't speak to anyone on the phone; it just went to voicemail. So I couldn't ask the question I wanted to.

I could of used email or WhatsApp but in the excitement of your friend having a baby, you kinda need information immediately.
