Flowers by Nora did an unbelievable job in delivering my arrangement to to her retirement home; Spring House Estates. Mom just turned 93 . The delivery driver was told she was on vacation and he could not leave them, not his fault.
Flowers by Nora called me and told me what happened. Not only did flowers by Nora deliver the arrangement, they made a new arrangement because it was now a couple of days old.
Mom called and said it was an absolute beautiful arrangement and she was so proud of it!
Flowers by Nora treated us wonderfully well, the arrangement was beautiful and the delivery service was spot on!

Their site says free same day delivery. I ordered at 9am and it is now 9pm and no delivery yet. Called Flowers by Nora twice and get the run-around. No ETA when it will be delivered. Called Chase bank to dispute/cancel the charge. Will be going to Better Business Bureau next to file a complaint. I should have looked at reviews first. My bad but BEWARE of this scam of a company.

If only I had looked at reviews first. Do NOT order from Flowers by Nora. I accidentally gave a PO box for deliver, which I did not know. 2 days after the scheduled delivery date, I still did not hear from the recipient. That's when I found out it was the wrong address. No one from Flowers by Nora contacted me, not even to verify receipt or to tell me they couldn't deliver. I called to find out what happened. After the 3rd call, they told me they are still waiting for the delivery team to verify delivery. They said it would take 36-48 hours to get back to me. They were very matter of fact about not being able to expedite anything. It is rather telling that there is NO STREET ADDRESS on their website. I think I've been scammed out of $100. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Ordered flowers from a supposed shop local in Merced, CA. They are not local. Their website will say local to whatever area you are in. They took my order, offered a $200 flat rate for what I wanted. I said that was out of our budget so we agreed on a lower price. Flowers were supposed to be delivered on 5/30. On 5/31, I emailed the company to see if they could confirm delivery or if they have a picture. I was told they had to check and would get back to me.

Today I received an email stating that they didn't deliver due to supply issues. I replied and asked why no one call me and I received this email:

"We regret to inform you that we are currently experiencing supply issues and as a result, we are unable to fulfill any flower arrangement requests at this time. For this reason, we have issued the full refund. Unfortunately, we do not have any plants or flowers available in our inventory, and we are still uncertain of when our supplies will be available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding."

Yes they took my order and charged me money. Also every email is from a different person.

I ordered a floral arrangement on May 21 for a dear friend’s mother’s funeral on May 29. I received a confirmation email.
On the morning of May 29th, I received an email from this company saying they couldn’t deliver the flowers due to a supply issue, and I would be receiving a full refund. If supplies were an issue, surely it would have been apparent the day before when I could have made other arrangements. But to receive this message at the time of the funeral, is disgraceful.

THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER DELIVERD THE FLOWERS. I have a church full of people that were at the funeral that are witnesses to my flowers never arriving. Also, the agreement was to have the flowers delivered between 9:30 and 10:00am for a funeral that started at 10:30. Nora's (FAKE NAME) claims they delivered the flowers at 10:25. Everyone was there at that time and NOONE saw my flowers be delivered. I reported this FRAUD!

On May 20, I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral on May 28. The flowers were supposed to be delivered by 10 am on May 28.

On May 28 at 11:30 am, I received an email from Clarisse at Flowers by Nora stating, "I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order. Please take note that we have successfully processed the refund on our end and it may take your bank 3-5 business days to complete the refund process on their end. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe!" How unprofessional!

Flowers by Nora did not bother to notify me earlier so I could make other arrangements with a different florist. Rather, Flowers by Nora waited until after the time of delivery (and the funeral service) to tell me they could not fulfill my order. This is terrible business practice and others should be aware!

I highly recommend looking at other florists for your needs.

This arrangement was not as expected. Very Small for a Deluxe purchase. Looks more like a small bouquet from a hospital. Flowers not as expected and did not last. Customer service did not try to resolve this but sent the policy of we can substitute as needed and pretty much oh well. I would not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Waste of Money

PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS! My husband purchased his mother a premium arrangement and 1. Was not delivered properly, left outside instead of requested delivery spot..2. A premium arrangement that was all lillies and roses , were nothing but filler flowers and hydrangeas. 3. Flowers from a grocery store (Schnuck's). When complained they offered a $20 refund. DO NOT USE THE PEOPLE!!

I purchased from what they said was a local florist in Aiken SC. This is a company not even remotely in the state. I ordered sympathy flowers for my uncles passing and they cancelled the order due to lack of resources(?). I had previously ordered from Flowers by Eva which I now know is owned by the same company and did the same thing to me when they cancelled my order. They are not a florist (they are a flower broker), they don't work in the state and take your order and then figure out if they can fulfill it later. Terrible customer service.

Ordered birthday flowers, chocolates and a balloon. Paid for “premium” bouquet. It looked nothing like the picture and they didn’t deliver the chocolates or balloon and customer service is completely ignoring me. This is a SCAM. Do not spend your hard earned dollars here.

I placed an online order over the phone on May 14,2026 for a May 15,2026. I specifically told the person taking the order it was on the 4th floor. The delivery person went to the 2nd floor took a pict Of the flowers and left with the flowers. When I called to say the deliver was never made they said they could not do anything because the delivery person took a picture showing he delivered the flowers. The front desk agent clearly states he took a picture but left with it.

I ordered a Lavender bouquet for my sister's 50th birthday to be delivered to her at work. After not hearing from her I called Noras and they said it was delivered and they would do an investigation. Two days later they sent me a picture first of a completely different arrangement (not one purple flower that I could see), and second that it was left outside. I asked what they usually do when delivering to someone at work and they said they go in and leave it at the front. They didn't and she never got it. This was left outside a busy pharmacy. Horrible interaction with the company. I picked them because they said they are a family owned business in the same neighborhood as where I needed the flowers delivered. They ruined my birthday gift for my sister.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ITS TOTAL SCAM. I ordered graduation flowers and they told me they didn’t have supply. They are awful!!!

I ordered the money tree in the Deluxe as shown on the website and received confirmation that Noras florist would indeed be delivering this exact money tree to the recipient that I was sending it to.
However, when the confirmation of delivery with photo was received, it was not what I had ordered. The money tree is crooked and in a cheap terra-cotta pot. When I called and sent an email complaining that I did not indeed receive what I was promised, they sent me a lame excuse that their policy can change after ordering and they can do substitutions even without consent. I provided them with my email and phone number in which they could have let me know that they were out of the exact pot that the money tree should have been arranged in so I could either cancel my order or accept a different style arrangement and pot.
I am greatly disappointed in the unprofessionalism and manner which they took no accountability for their failure of delivering what was promised upon ordering and they did nothing acceptable to rectify the situation. I would avoid ever ordering from this florist, especially over the phone or online because you most definitely will not get what you paid for!

While away away on a business trip I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I’ve never been more disappointed.
This isn’t a local florist. It’s some company that uses Shaw’s (a local grocery store) to fill orders. For $100 you’re getting supermarket quality and quantity flowers. Even came with the supermarket supermarket name printed on card.
Save yourself half the money and buy a few half dead flowers yourself when you stop for milk.

Would give zero stars if I could as anniversary flowers were never delivered. Customer service was of no help. The company is one huge scam as it is not local as advertised.

They say same day delivery on the website. I ordered an arrangement a day earlier, to be delivered 9am to a place of business, but they never came. When called 11am asking where it is, it wasn't even started. I said i want to cancel, they said i could not. Poor. Do not order from this place.

Flowers were not delivered no communication took my money and trying to get a refund. This should be rated minus 100 stars.

Overall disappointed with the Mother's Day arrangement sent to my 90 yr old mom in the hospital. I ordered and paid on 5/7 to be delivered 5/9, they sent an email confirmation which stated if there are any questions or you need assistance with the order to email them, which I did, the morning before delivery, 5/8, I sent them an email that my sister would be going in on the arrangement with me so please add her name to the card, I received a reply email back shortly after from "R" acknowledging this and that it would be put in my order information. WELL, it was not done, the arrangement arrived 5/9 afternoon and the card read just from myself and the flowers were different colors than pictured, I also paid $6.99 extra for a mylar Mother's Day balloon which was not with the arrangement. I am so upset for what it cost, that mom's arrangement was not as I had ordered. This was the first time I ordered with Flowersbynora.com and I am not impressed.
