Their site says no delivery fee then you get charged a nearly $20 service fee: bait and switch. They do not deliver pictured arrangements; they send a bunch of greenery.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Flowers By Nora. I ordered a Premium arrangement, expecting a full, lush bouquet reflective of the quality shown on their website. However, what was delivered looked nothing like the image provided—ironically, the website photo referenced was of their Deluxe version, yet my Premium order fell significantly short in both size and presentation.
While I understand that substitutions may be necessary, the arrangement delivered was not comparable in value, quality, or design. There was also no attempt to contact me prior to making substitutions, which shows a clear lack of customer service.
What was even more disappointing was their response after I shared comparison photos. Rather than acknowledging the clear differences, they simply cited their substitution policy and dismissed the concern.
This experience did not meet expectations—especially for such a meaningful occasion. I will not be ordering from them again and cannot recommend them.

Company misrepresents that they are a local company while actually located in Florida. Did not deliver flowers. When I had Recipient call they said they had such order. When I called they couldn’t give any information and would not give me the name and phone of the local florist to correct the delivery. I will definitely never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. Highly deceptive and difficult to work with!

This company is an online scam and I was sucked in. I ordered a “delux” orchid in a decorative container with a pink bow for my sisters surprise party. What was delivered was a white orchid in a plain pot with no moss or bow…. What could be found in a grocery store. It looked nothing like what was in the website! When I contacted the company they promptly responded that it “met their standards” and they did nothing to resolve my complaint. I’m very disappointed and will do my do-diligence next time..,,

Flowers By Nora misrepresents themself as a local owned company. The flowers that were delivered didn't even come close to what I ordered! The arrangement was alot smaller & looked as if they just stuck some flowers in a vase, very disappointing to say the least!!!
All they offered was a $20.00 refund for an arrangement that I spent over $90.00 for.
I will never order from them again!!

I am the fool here for not reading reviews. TERRIBLE experience. Had to call the day of delivery to ask where the flowers were, they assured me they were en route. My husband never received them, and as they were going to his work I wasn’t surprised since it was 430pm when I called them. The following day I called to ask where my flowers were and they sent me what looks like some AI image of a guy delivering flowers (not even the ones I’d ordered) to an office that is definitely not my husband’s. No flowers, no refund, these people are shameless scammers. Do NOT order from them. The fact they’re still operating after disappointing this many people is crazy to me.

Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional to say the least. I placed an order online for same day delivery and received a cryptic email saying I would get a refund and they’re sorry for the way I feel. WHAT?! No explanation, and glad I checked my email. That warrants a phone call to the customer. And my call to them had to be similar to when you call a daycare with the child chattering in very close range of the phone so it is not being run as a professional business.

I placed an order online and it stated guaranteed delivery same day if prior to 2pm. I placed the order prior to 10am. Checked my email about 10:30am and saw it was cancelled with full refund due to supply chain issues. No discussion on if they could provide on another day, just cancelled. Tried calling the store, no manager was available only a person who could not give answers as to why.

SCAM...the person answering the phone was in Florida (I asked). I was ordering for a delivery in California; I'm in Maryland. No delivery, I was promised a refund, waiting to confirm with my bank this week.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this florist. I placed an order for a funeral spray well in advance, trusting that they would handle such an important and sensitive occasion with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, they completely failed.

Not only was the arrangement never delivered to the funeral, but the order was canceled without any notification or explanation. We only discovered this after the service had already taken place, which was both embarrassing and upsetting for our family during an already difficult time.

A funeral is not just another delivery—it’s a moment that requires reliability, respect, and compassion. This florist demonstrated none of those qualities. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with any important or time-sensitive events, especially something as meaningful as a funeral.

Utter crap. This company presents itself as a local, family-owned florist. It's all lies. They are in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. They promise the world and deliver nothing but failures.

I ordered flowers for the funeral of a friend's mother, and when I got to the visitation, my flowers were nowhere to be found. Luckily, the funeral director did some digging. I got my money back, but there's no way to make up for the loss.

I'm livid.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday a couple weeks in advance. Wife let me know around 5 pm that there were no flowers. Called the shop, they could not get hold of the driver so I asked them to deliver them in the morning. Driver called during our birthday dinner at like 6:30 pm that he had arrived at the destination and the business was closed, shocker! We had to drive down to meet the driver in Stana Rosa to get them, and then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes past when the guy was supposed to show up before we got the bouquet. It was very pretty, but so much of a hassle.
I then got a phone call the next day from the lady I had already spoken to, stating "Congrats! The flowers had been delivered the day before by 3 pm!" I informed her that was not correct, as we had spoken the day before and I ended up having to meet the delivery guy 40 minutes away after 7 pm before I got them. She just waved it off and said they were delivered successfully. They weren't delievered, we had to PICK THEM UP OURSELVES. I also got an email later that day saying "It looks like your flowers were delivered at 5 pm!" Still not accurate, nice try though.
Pretty horrible birthday flower experience all around. Will not buy from them every again, they lied about the delivery and were confused why a business would be closed after 6 pm.

Would give negative stars if I could.
Shame on me for not seeing these reviews sooner. Tried to purchase local and was scammed.
Ordered a succulent arrangement for a funeral. Arrived at calling hours and the family of the deceased referred to the arrangement as “a MASSIVE fish tank” - a giant round fish bowl halfway filled with sand and two succulent plants. Never have I been so embarrassed and humiliated sending an arrangement.
To add to this, when I contacted the company, I was asked to take a photo for quality control. I do not bring my cell phone in to calling hours, as it is tasteless and disrespectful to bring a cell phone to calling hours and take a photo of a flower arrangement!!!!! Who in their right mind?!?! Again, I have NEVER had issues with flowers or plants for funerals, and have ordered numerous over the years. Will be contacting the BBB about this incident for sure…and will definitely be reading reviews before trying to support local next time.

I had the same experience as other reviewers. They claimed to be local, they said they'd deliver same day, two hours later they sent an email saying "couldn't fulfill your order." I totally missed the occasion to send flowers. I'm not confident I will receive the promised refund.

Ordered flowers for a funeral, stating they were delivered and they were not. Spoke to them 3 times and they refused me to talk to the owner. Said they need 48 hours to investigate. Funeral is over and we do not have the flowers for the family. Will be calling my bank in hopes of disputing for something that I did not get. Horrible Horrible service. Definitely not a local company

Delivery issues, poor customer service over phone

Absolutely horrendous. They charge so much and what you get is nothing like you picked out ! I ordered a white daisy and pale yellow wreath for my grandmothers funeral . I paid for the larger arrangement and a banner . The picture I ordered was absolutely beautiful. What I recieved was a wilted not fresh arrangement. It also had no daisies, which is the reason I picked the piece. my grandmothers favorite flower was a daisy and they didn’t put any in !!!! It was also supposed to have vines and those were replaced by ferns . And the full wreath that was pictures was nothing like I got . I got a small thin circle of flowers . And the banner I was charged $25 for was a little bow on the bottom . I am so disspointed and upset . This was supposed to be for my grandmothers funeral from all if her grandchildren. Do not buy from this company !!!!!

I purchased a $225 arrangement (before tax and delivery) for a dear friends funeral. What I got looked like something that was stolen from a graveside of a funeral that took place a week prior. It was an embarassing and humiliating to have our name associated with it. It was more dead than alive. I couldn't believe it! $225!!! I asked three times if they were a local shop and they assured me they were. I should have done more research. Shame on you for this! Don't do business with these people!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Flowers by Nora. I ordered a sympathy arrangement during a time of mourning for a family member, and what was delivered looked nothing like what I paid for. The flowers appeared cheap, old, and already dying. It felt insensitive and unacceptable given the occasion.

To make matters worse, the response offered was only a small partial refund, which does not reflect how wrong the entire order was. Customers trust florists during important life moments, and this company failed badly. I would not recommend using them.
