Top notch handmade straps
I am a frequent customer of Fluco 1952. Their service is top notch, fast and reliable. Got my strap within 3 days. I ordered their relatively new Horween Basketball leather steap („Courtside“). The quality and the workmanship is 1 A. The stitching is perfect and so is the lining. I am very satisfied with their price-performance ratio. Another „Courtside“ is on its way.

Product not fit for purpose.
Ordered the titanium adapter for Apple Watch Ultra 2. I’ve received two different sizes. One was 24mm lug size but the other one was 26. I thought this is just a mistake and will be rectified. I’ve made a call and send email too. I was told they will post out the replacement to the wrong size. Well, after many weeks never received it. No answer to any of my emails either. I would never order anything from them.

Die Qualität der Armbänder für Uhren…
Die Qualität der Armbänder für Uhren ist unterirdisch. Mir wurde ein defektes Armband geliefert, das angeblich 89.- kosten soll?. Die Naht war bereits aufgegangen, anstatt dies mit einer Ersatzlieferung zu begleichen, wurde mir unterstellt,dies Armband mutwillig kaputt gemacht zu haben. Ein Mitarbeiter des Kundenservice war unfreundlich und unterstellte mir weiterhin mutwillig das Armband zerstört zu haben.
Ich würde bei dieser Firma nicht noch einmal einkaufen und empfinde die UVP der Armbänder als nicht gerechtfertigt.. Leistung sehr ungenügend.

Ihre Darstellung entspricht nicht dem tatsächlichen Ablauf.
Das gelieferte Armband war bei Versand einwandfrei. Die von Ihnen beanstandete Beschädigung ist eindeutig durch unsachgemäße Handhabung mit einem Federstegwerkzeug entstanden, wodurch die Naht beschädigt wurde. Es handelt sich dabei nicht um einen Material- oder Produktionsfehler.
Obwohl der Schaden nicht von uns verursacht wurde, haben wir Ihnen aus Kulanz ein neues Armband zugesendet. Eine Ersatzpflicht bestand nicht.
Die von Ihnen genannte UVP von 89 € ist ebenfalls falsch. Der Preis des betroffenen Armbands liegt bei 17 €.
Trotz der kulanten Lösung haben Sie im Anschluss mehrere negative Bewertungen veröffentlicht. Diese stehen in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum tatsächlichen Sachverhalt.
Wir weisen die Vorwürfe zur Produktqualität und zum Verhalten unseres Kundenservice entschieden zurück.

No refund.
Had previous good experience with same company. Management change?

Lösung gefunden nach anfänglichem Missgeschick.
Mein viertes Armband bei Fluco ist mit Produktionsfehler geliefert worden. Ein Faden der Ziernaht löste sich, erschwerend habe ich "Hunter" erhalten, jedoch "Hunter Racing" bestellt. Direkt nach Eintreffen habe ich das per Email an den Kundenservice gemeldet, Fluco hatte aber Betriebsfreien.
Es war einfach der Wurm drin.
Aber nun wurde alles geklärt.
Und aus "Problem" würde "Lösung".
Danke liebes Fluco-Team.

Hochwertiges Armband, schnelle Lieferung
Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Das Armband macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und legt sich gut um das Handgelenk.
Das Anbringen des neuen Armbands an meiner Uhr hat problemlos funktioniert.

Ich habe zwei Bänder bei Fluco bestellt und davon eins wieder zurückgeschickt. Die Lieferung ging schnell, es kam schön verpackt an und die Qualität war sehr gut. Auch die Rücksendung stellte keinerlei Problem dar. Gerne wieder!

Never received watch straps
Like others it seems like they don’t respond to emails or any communications. My purchase was never dispatched but luckily I was able to dispute the payment with my bank. Wouldn’t recommend.

Didn’t answer emails after I tried to return the strap after receiving the wrong size. Lost $200 USD.

Well worth it !! (look at the measurements twice though)
Bought a leather watch strap and for 50€ plus shipping the quality and feel are top notch, it's so supple yet durable. I tried some cheaper straps but the one I got outclasses them by a mile. Handmade in Germany for that price is phenomenal. Shipping isn't that fast but 4 days are not the end of the world. I'll definitely be coming back for more.
Also, they have a decent variety of straps for some ''uncommon'' measures (21 and 19mm width) so definitely look them up.
THE ONLY DOWNSIDE is for larger wrists, the straps are not as long as you might think, so definitely look at the precise measurements before buying and you'll be delighted with what you'll get.
