Écrit par l'entreprise
Focused is the PAYE Umbrella of choice for hundreds of agencies across the UK and was voted Best Umbrella Company (500 - 1,000 clients) at The Contracting Awards 2024. Our brand is well known in the contracting sector representing both quality of service and compliance.
Our teams of ex-recruitment professionals and qualified payroll staff ensure that our umbrella employees, limited company directors and agency clients are provided with intelligent advice and forward thinking solutions to their contracting needs. Despite our substantial growth in the market we have retained the small company service mentality ensuring that every relationship is valued and nurtured.
We are proud to have secured preferred, approved or sole supplier status with the UK’s leading recruitment agencies. This means that we have passed their extensive due diligence tests and can therefore work with all candidates, contractors and consultants within those agencies, providing our umbrella or limited company solutions.
Our team of Account Managers cover the whole of the UK including our core areas of London, the Home Counties, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Cardiff, Newcastle and the surrounding areas.
We are confident that our solutions are competitive, attractive to contractors, simple for agencies and 100% compliant.

Best Umbrella Company out there
I found Focused Group Umbrella to be 1st class, they were friendly and helpful on all aspects of what they do, I cannot fault the system they use, our account manager was very helpful, she got us the information we needed in a very timely manner, the transition from one umbrella to their umbrella was seamless.
If any company out there is looking for a 1st class umbrella company Focused Group Umbrella would be my 1st and only call made.

Huge customer satisfaction
Focused was extremely helpful in providing me the support I needed, did not try to pressurise me into buying additional packages, and helped to chase missing payments. A great team, calm and truly client-focussed.
