Ford Money Avis 

THIS ISNT MY MAIN EXCHANGER, BUT I HAD A SITUATION WHERE I COULDN'T GET MY FUNDS OUT RIGHT AWAY FROM FRONTIER INVEST CORP PLATFORM ACCOUNT. THEIR SUPPORT RECOMMENDED I TRY FORDMONEY.CO.UK TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS. IT WORKED AND I RECEIVED MY FUNDS. IT TOOK TIME BUT THE SUPPORT WAS RESPONSIVE THROUGHOUT.

The Customer Service I received from Ford Money to manage and close accounts held by my late Mother was outstanding. Everyone was compassionate, helpful, did what they said they'd do, and above all UK based and friendly.
I've not personally held accounts with Ford Money, but based on my experience so far I wouldn't hesitate in doing so.

I used to use comparison sites to change my savings account regularly, chasing higher interest. I have stayed with Ford for years now. They are always competitive and they raise interest rates automatically as well as lower them - unlike other savings accounts I have used. I am very satisfied.

on the 25th November I gave a 5 star review //Since that time— boy have I had problems with their finance department all over my ISA (an internal problem as my ISA was already with them) — but problem was escalated to managerial level ( staff I spoke with were great) but snail mail is quicker than them in finance department moving money @making corrections

I have been a customer of Ford Money Bank for the past 2 years and I am very happy with the products and the competitive interest rates they offer. I never have to wait too long when calling the customer service team and they are always efficient and friendly. Unlike some other providers, Ford Money offers same day withdrawals and electronic ISA transfers and both are important to me when I am choosing a savings provider. My one dislike are the very large and sometimes irrelevant graphics on the website!

Hatten ein Problem mit der Secure Sign auf dem PC, Hotline angerufen, alles wurde auf Null gesetzt, innerhalb von 15 Minuten neuen Aktivierungscode erhalten und Bingo - fertig. Klasse das Ford-Money eine PC-Windows-Version seiner Secure-Sign bereitstellt, warum muss immer alles aufs Smartphone? Besten Dank liebe Frau Holster für den perfekten Service! Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden mit Ford Money!

Positiv sind die auch für Bestandskunden guten Zinsen und ein schneller, wenn auch oft oberflächlicher Support.
Was aber heute gar nicht mehr geht sind die langen Banklaufzeiten bis abgerufenes Geld am Empfängerkonto Gutgeschrieben ist (2-3 Tage) bzw. Geldeingänge verzinst werden. Auch wenn es keine Wertstellung mehr geben darf, sieht man die Gutschrift am Konto mit einem Buchungsdatum 1-2 Tage in der Zukunft, verzinst wird dann natürlich erst ab Buchungsdatum. Eine vernünftige Erklärung hierzu kann FordMoney nicht liefern. Auch sind Echtzeitüberweisungen nicht möglich. FordMoney schreibt hierzu: "Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir als Anlagebank keine Sofortüberweisungen durchführen können, da wir nicht verpflichtet sind, diese Dienstleistung anzubieten."
Die FordBank kann etwas nicht, weil sie nicht dazu verpflichtet ist.....andere Anbieter können es, es hat mit wollen, nicht mit können oder gar dürfen zu tun.
Wenn ich die Tage Zeit habe werde ich die BaFin hierzu anschreiben, in meinen Augen wird hier die Unsitte der Wertstellung durch die Hintertüre betrieben.

Perhaps it could be simpler to open an account, numbers coming from all directions, passcodes and secret numbers in the post that were barely visible. However once the account was open, everything worked as it should do. Just like with the old Ford cars, if it’s working don't open the bonnet, just blow it a kiss. Ford Money please take note “KISS” KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID. Don’t start tinkering with the apps, don’t lift the bonnet. It’s working perfectly well as it is KISS !

Terrible service. They shut my daughters fixed accounts with no notice. She lost a lot of money by losing interest. Went to FO but they sided with Ford Money - what a surprise! Have shut all my accounts with them in disgust. Never again!

I have now used Ford money for a couple of years with new deposits made throughout the year. I have been notified of accounts maturing weeks in advance with choices to have money paid in full to the original feeder account or renew a product with all or part of the maturing figure.
I have complete confidence in Ford Money albeit the updated app is uneasy to see monthly interests paid. Apart from this I have no hesitation in recommending Ford Money. 👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely useless. Transferred money into Ford Money yesterday to purchase a cash ISA before Rachel Reeves fouls it all up tomorrow in her 2nd lousy thieving budget. Money not showing on my account this morning. Phoned Ford Money to check why & for help. No help only told as I used my name & not my account number the money would be sent back to me. I said as I was on the phone could I speak to someone dealing with this to sort it out now over the phone. He said No the money would be returned to me! I told him I would purchase my ISA elsewhere. He wasn’t interested. No wonder they have such bad reviews!

Rücküberweisungen vom Tagesgeld dauern fast 2 Tage. Obwohl vor 8 Uhr in der früh zurücküberwiesen wurde dauert es bis Tags darauf abends. So geht das nicht, jede andere Bank schafft das am selben Tag.
Hier hält die Bank das Geld zurück und muss keine Zinsen mehr dafür zahlen und kann damit noch arbeiten.
Liebe Ford Money Bank googelt doch mal Echtzeitüberweisung, das ist was neues und wahrscheinlich an euch spurlos vorbeigegangen, hier ist das Geld sogar in Sekunden überwiesen.

Ford money automatically rolls over any fixed term savers into new ones. they therefore lock in your money again and if you dont respond within 14 days they will not give it back to you.

The worst account I ever tried to open. Frist you can only open the app on the lastest smartphones. Then you need to get a letter with a pass number that you cannot read.
When you try to reset your password you also need a new pass number.
On and on. Far to much hassle to open an account.

update - website does not work for maturity instructions on a laptop, whatever the browser. Does work on a smartphone. They don't believe fault reports - DO NOT USE AND EXTRACT MONEY AS SOON AS YOU CAN.

was ok but they've 'upgraded' their website - now pig slow to load silly beach picture of fat man, and the maturity instructions button does not work. Of course they refuse to believe there is a fault, usual babble about 'problem with your device'. So money extraction instructions issued by phone. DO NOT USE THEM - WEBSITE UNUSABLE.

Die Ford Money Bank hält sich nicht an die gesetzlichen Vorgaben für die Dauer von Überweisungen. Das gilt sowohl für ein- als auch ausgehende Überweisungen. Die Bank sichert sich somit ganz offensichtlich Zinsgewinne, in dem Sie die Überweisungen vermutlich absichtlich verzögert. Diese Vorgehensweise der Bank ist bei meinen Überweisungen wiederholt aufgetreten. Ich werde das Konto bei dieser Bank schließen und Schadenersatzansprüche gegen die Bank prüfen lassen.

According to my savings account, they have processed my payment (details correct), however they have not sent money to my bank. So my money has been sent somewhere but not to my account. I called TSB and they have not received credit, so WHERE IS MY MONEY? Be very wary!

Opened account and next day received email the interest rate drops. No auto deposit funds from app you need to do it manualy only way they know its your funds is if you enter your reference. If you accidently type wrong code for example....1 digit you wont see your money i guess I wont be adding funds
