I am SOOOOOO happy with the service and support I have received with Fountain!!!! You guys got my HRT protocol locked in and perfect for me quickly and I feel FANTASTIC now!!!! And it has been the most streamlined, efficient process from start to finish... and I LOVE that I can text with questions and get answers right away... super responsive!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

I am updating my review because I spoke with someone from the leadership team, and they addressed any issues I may have had.

The service is straightforward, and your prescriptions are sent out very quickly. I am starting to feel better after a short time, and I would recommend trying them out!

I foolishly fell prey on Facebook after looking at their pitch. I signed up for a consultation on their Facebook page and authorized a $35 charge. Immediately, my bank notified me that two $35 charges had hit my bank from Fountain. They were two different transaction numbers. I attempted to contact their customer service via text but could not get a reply. I finally emailed them and was asked to provide a screenshot of my attempt to contact them and my two separate transaction charges. I was feeling like I might have gotten scammed at that point. I was told that they only show one charge to me on their end. I told them I did not wish to proceed and requested a refund. I did get one of the $35 charges refunded to me. The next day, I checked my bank account online and the un-refunded $35 charges was still there. I again contacted Fountain who said they only show one charge that had been reversed. I went to my bank and they did show both charges to my account with one being reversed. Now I have disputed the other charge to Fountain. You would think that a company would be interested and helpful in resolving this, but I didn’t find that to be the case. I have cancelled that debit card, too, out of an abundance of caution. I see, too, that this company does not respond to reviews, which is a poor business practice.

Amazing feeling to have next to zero hot flashes, sleeping like a baby and just feel so much better all around. This protocol has really changed so many things in the positive for my life! I love this company!! ❤️❤️ highly recommended for anyone suffering.

At the age of 49, I felt depleted. No temperature regulation, not sleeping, hip pains, unexplainable tears, headaches, and many days not wanting to get out of bed. I finally decided that I needed some real help. I found fountain and life has not felt this good in very many years. It’s been about 3 months and I feel like a new woman. All of those horrible symptoms are gone - life feels so much softer. The ease of the process helps a lot too. Speaking with professionals who are educated on menopause is so refreshing. Some days making a simple phone call - let alone going to a doctor appointment felt impossible. But with fountain it was so simple and truly felt heard and understood. Life changing!

I started Fountain 2 weeks and 5 days ago. After I started it I was better but still not good and still couldn’t eat 2 weeks later again I was better but still not good and still couldn’t eat without severe hot flashes and getting sick!! I text Fountain and talked with them. They made an adjustment to my medication. IT WAS INSTANT!! Within the 1st hr. of the adjustment in my meditation I was feeling so different, by that night I was eating a cheeseburger laughing, sleeping!! My life has been completely changed overnight. I just started crying. I went from thinking I might be dying to the happiest person ever. Sorry this is so long but it’s hard to put into words how I feel how this has changed my life! I would have never in a million years put my stomach issues together with menopause. I went to so many GI DR,s and they couldn’t figure it out but Fountain HRT did!!

Incredible! I’ve never felt more heard and seen by a healthcare professional like I do with Fountain. I feel so much better. I can make it through my day without aches and my energy is back. The added bonus is my muscle tone is crazy! I never expected to have my tone arms back.

I was full blown menopause, in tears and felt empty, depressed hot flashes and night sweats,I was a mess. Loss of labido, loss sleep,painful sex and I started losing that feminine feeling as being a woman.i am over 6 months in on the hrt. Its a life changer/ great awakening. I feel like I did in my 20's. It improved my marriage. I got my labido back and the desire to wear dresses and feel good. My hot flashes and nights sweats went away, almost immediately. My mood is level ,calm and happy, I have alot of energy.This is a life changer for women because going through menopause feels like death before our time. I feel amazing at 54 yrs old, I will be on hrt for as long as I can. All or most our ailments are because of our depleting hormones. I highly recommend Fountain HRT for women fighting menopause . Blood work scheduling is simple ,fast and painless to schedule because Fountian will always text you for your upcoming appointment and you schedule right there. Also after 6 months of being on hrt. My body is having that more feminine look. Due to the fat being distributed to hips and thighs instead of tummy.😁

I compared all of the various HRT services including Midi, Fountain and Alloy. Fountain was my pick for 2 reasons: they prescribe testosterone in my state, and they have you do labs to help evaluate your needs. Meeting with the hormone specialist to discuss my symptoms helped a lot, too. In a manner of a few months, I was feeling so much better, sleeping better and starting to lose some weight. Every menopausal woman deserves this kind of care. And all labs, consults and custom compounded prescriptions are included. Super nice and knowledgeable providers, too. I highly recommend Fountain to make you feel like yourself again.

It’s been a journey and truly an experience to have my life back my energy, all those physical things that we can’t explain, but no are happening to us in this journey of menopause. Nothing like having the energy and clarity with fountain it’s been a true awakening.

If I could give a zero I would. I went for bloodwork paid out of pocket then they charge you 200 or more a month. For cheap prescription any doctor can call in for way less. Never did follow up and was still charged month after month trying to cancel every-time you call they claim it’s cancelled and then say they don’t see you called to cancel prior. How convenient. Total scam and they won’t refund despite you not using service or getting treatment for months. I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake

The customer service I receive with Fountain is 10/10. The ability to communicate via text makes communication such an easy experience. They are extremely responsive. I receive a text back within seconds-minutes. Scheduling is also super easy and they have great availability. Being able to reach providers quickly has made getting and taking HRT a breeze. Refills are sent automatically and are mailed to your door. I have modified my dosing several times and they just send new prescriptions immediately and it’s all included.

The hormones themselves have been life changing! Getting testosterone has improved my quality of life/sex life tremendously. The progesterone has seriously improved my night sweats, making my sleep much better. I would not hesitate if you are considering HRT and fountain.

Wildly overcharges for fairly inexpensive meds, roughly 7x the price WITHOUT insurance. They prey on the laziness and ingnorance of their customers, hoping they won't realize that, that the competency of the provider is minimal, the care provided is a blanket(safe and ineffective dosage) level, and you won't realize they put all the charges as reoccurring in hopes you forget to cancel. Go to a competent urologist and save hundreds while getting proper treatment.

Terrible. At first the service seems reasonable for everything it claimed to include but by my second visit the only place available to do my labs was an hour away and I had to pay for them with my insurance and by the third trip to get labs done the only place was now 1.5 hours away and since they didn’t take my insurance the cost for bloodwork would be over $300 in addition to my monthly $200 cost for Fountain HRT which was supposed to INCLUDE LAB WORK!

Total rip off and I noticed absolutely zero improvement in my menopause symptoms plus I gained 8lbs while on the HRT.

Save yourself the cost and hassle and just go to the doctor. This company is a scam

Fountain TRT has been an outstanding provider from start to finish. Their care team is exceptional—consistently dependable, reliable, and incredibly attentive to every detail. This company is a ripoff, charging $200 a month for a subscription. They claim it reduces costs on video visits, labs, and medications. I prefer paying a la carte to know exactly what I pay for. I have now found an HRT provider that accepts my insurance.

Things started out well, and hormones arrived in a timely manner. I felt dismissed when I reported my hair loss 3 weeks after starting BHRT. I was bounced around with different providers who all had different advice / opinions ( unnerving).
You have to advocate for yourself.
Hair loss has continued, however they refused to order the needed test to correctly diagnose my cause of hair loss - DHT lab test. ( I already had a complete physical with my PCP to rule out ALL the other causes). Text replies seemed like I was talking to a bot.
I now have to see a hair loss specialist due to losing 50% of my hair caused by BHRT.
I have received many benefits from the hormones like great sleep, and relief from migraines, which is why I continue. If I had to do it over, I would go to the Menopause Society site and find an MD in my area to get comprehensive care, proper labs etc.

This is an amazing program! It has helped me so much with my energy and everything else! They are very thorough and help monitor your hormone levels and get you on a track that is right for you!

From the start, this had been a fantastic experience. Appointments are easy, lab work is easy and convenient, communication is great, and the providers are top shelf. They are very knowledgeable and work with you very closely to get to the results you’re hoping for. The method of TRT dosing and application is quite good. Additionally, it’s easy to get questions answered in between visits, which is very important. This is a complete, effective, and very well run service always putting the patient first.
