Fountain Avis 

I am currently 39 years old (turning 40 in Oct). About four years ago, I started suffering with severe symptoms from perimenopause, but was misdiagnosed by my gynecologist and psychiatrists for years.

My cycle was coming every 16 to 20 days, brain fog and memory loss just became my daily life. For a while, I really thought I was losing my mind. My cycle was beyond painful, which was not what I experienced in my 20s or early 30s and it was getting to the point that I was literally getting my cycle twice a month.

I was finally diagnosed with ADHD about two years ago and have been taking Adderall ever since which at least helped me get through work and basic daily tasks but I was not okay mentally, physically or emotionally.

I had my hormone panel tested in late November 2025, I started taking my dose of HRT in mid December 2025.

As of today (2/10/2026) I have not wanted, needed or taken any of my Adderall in the last three weeks!!!!

My hair stopped falling out in the shower and my hairbrush doesn’t look like it just has clumps of hair in it anymore. I don’t wake up at 3:30am in a sea of my own sweat. My libido still isn’t fully back, but I can absolutely feel it slowly coming back.

I am beyond grateful to FountainHRT for what they’ve done for me in my daily life and for everything they’re doing for women’s health!!!

I know that I am still early in my journey, but I’m so excited to continue it!! I feel like I have my life back and I couldn’t thank FountainHRT enough for it!!!

This company fraudulently charged over $400 (!!!) on my debit card despite me never having paid for services or goods. They charged $428 in TWO WEEKS!! I’m absolutely disgusted by the greed and willingness to steal from random people. I’m a graduate student working part time, and $428 is over half my paycheck. Just disgusting.

Solid company! Instant support no matter the time, they fix their mistakes quick and go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. I’ve been using them for 8 months now. I would honestly recommend this one over all other TRT clinics.

I love everything about this company, including their customer support group, their medical providers, and especially the phenomenal nurse practitioner assigned to me: Summer Denny.

The communication via texting is so amazing and so convenient that I wish other businesses would follow this model.

Requests get routed to the appropriate party very quickly and escalations (if ever needed) happen seamlessly...and it doesn't matter what time of day or night, I always feel connected and always feel like I have access to a team of people that want to see me do well.

I have never once felt isolated, abandoned, or neglected. Not once in 2 years.

The medication itself is excellent, the lab work is excellent, and the follow up is excellent.

The service I was searching for was found and all my questions answered. As a gentleman approaching middle aged-ness, I, as I always have, jumped off knee deep into an endeavor that I was unsure of knowing that I’d come to block at which point the questions I might’ve had before, I’d put them off till the last minute. The answers I needed were those that would help me defeat the block that was preventing my advance, and I needed answers quickly for the line behind me was growing longer by the moment!
Hanie, representing the customer service department, was not only a variable wealth of information, but also quicker to respond to my numerous inquiries than any other CSR on planet Earth. This is in fact a hallowed, and highly sought after position to achieve. Kudos to Hanie as well as FountainTRT. Their combined performance brings great credit to themselves for a job done finer than anyone else I’ve experienced - and in a pinch too.

So far my experience has been just great. All of the NPs are wonderful to work with but Terray Humphrey is one of the best. He explains what he’s recommending it, why he’s recommending and what to expect. He was compassionate and most sympathetic.

I’m only 4 months into treatment but my sleep is so so so much better! The NPs are not just looking at your labs but talking through symptoms and making adjustments. I appreciate the actual care — so much better than I was getting through local hospital systems who basically wouldn’t have serious conversations with me about bioidenticals and just wrote everything off as part of the aging process.

I wish I had found Fountain HRT when I was in perimenopause because I wouldn’t feel like I was fighting an uphill battle for a decade. Thank you for your compassion, Terray, and for helping me to feel like myself again.

This company is the best, I had chronically low testosterone through many years of bad surgeries and from being hurt. From one month of taking testosterone pills my left arm that was broke from a car accident doesn’t burn or hurt anymore, my libido is through the roof. I feel smarter, this honestly changed my whole life. This company is a life changer, I’m glad with research and from the prohibitions of steroids doctors still use this. I can finally walk my dogs around my neighborhood, and I finally have a gf after many years. These guys and ladies are the top notch, refer your friends.

This has been a disappointment from the beginning. The refill process is non existent. They will take your money quite promptly and you’ll never get the medication because communication and follow through is non existent. Was left just cold turkey on everything even after escalating the issue to “leadership”. Which did absolutely nothing for me.

Very receptive, they listen to your concerns, they understand how you are feeling. Once your all set up and get your labs, you then set up an appointment with an online doc and get hormones sent to you. That easy! Its a 1 time payment once a month, cheaper than seeing your doc, it includes appointments, hormones, labs and always available to talk. As a registered nurse even I had trouble getting hormones from regular docs in town. I love this service! and I am starting to feel like a real human again! I started my TRT Treatment with FountainTRT over a year ago. My experience with customer services, support and medical issues has been one if not the best of any companies I’ve had memberships with.

Every time I send a text to the general support number no matter if it’s billing, medical, or any kind of question I get a reply within minutes, sometimes even seconds. It may not be the answer right away but is always someone telling me they are looking into the issue and will get back to me asap. Which they actually do.

Shipments of medicine are always on time, any mistakes as in one time I was double charged for a medicine I’m taking along with the Testosterone was fixed and my money refunded in less than 5 minutes. On top of that the medical staff is very polite and understanding of my concerns and questions and always take them seriously and answer accordingly. Blood tests are done with frequency and results explained in detail by the medical staff over an online meeting. Any concerns addressed immediately and that peace of mind is priceless. Especially when you, like me, have many doubts before going into the TRT and at the beginning few months.

I cannot recommend enough FountainTRT to anybody that is in need of TRT.

Smooth process to getting approved for TRT. I chose the injection route. They send everything needed (syringes, how to guide with your exact dosage on the guide too, the testosterone). The Telehealth calls are super quick and to the point. On week 9 now and my T went from mid 400s to mid 900s.
They're available anytime, you just send them a text and they answer your questions in a timely manner.

Fountaintrt has truly changed my life. Before starting TRT therapy, I was constantly feeling drained, low on energy, and struggling with motivation. Why is this young guy talking to me about older mature women’s hormonal disorders? The ad is not appealing to me, in this manner whatsoever. What does this young man know about an older females hormones and vaginal issues? He’s not presented as a dr or health care pro in any way. I’m just wondering what he has to do with anything regarding this ad.
