Fowlers Parts Avis 

Again I have had great service from these guys, I ordered a small part yesterday afternoon and it arrived this morning.. Perfect timing.

Brilliant company.

I had to ring to confirm my order went trough, I got a 30 min windows where they would call back to confirm everything is ok.

30 min in and I get the confirmation call, along with confirmation that the part has been picked up from the warehouse and ready to ship.

Can't recommend enough

Ordered some bearings in error, a representative went above and beyond to stop them being shipped and refunded me, no questions asked and with a very good manner. Will definitely use in the future .

Writes on both their website and eBay that they have a fixed stock of the items you order, but more than a week later you get a stupid email that they can not deliver any of the ordered.
Do not trust this reseller and their website.

Exceptional service, fast shipping and to top it off very reasonably priced OEM parts. I would highly recommend Fowlers.
I can personally say I will definitely be buying any parts needed from them in the future.

Needed a part - Fowlers were the only ones with it in stock. Little bit over what I wanted to pay, especially with postage.

Website lists prices ex VAT and inc VAT - except for the postage, which just lists the price, and not whether it includes VAT or not... until you get to the end of checkout, where it then helpfully adds 20% of the shipping cost - which is described absolutely nowhere.

Upon contacting their customer services I got a boilerplate response, they obviously hadn't read my email, and am still awaiting a reply to my response.

Part arrived in good packaging except for the overkill use of staples (that are extremely sharp!) when the envelope could just have well been sealed with a good placement of tape.

Misleading!
On their website is written "Qty used 4", I thought it comes in a pack of 4, they sent just 1.
I called customer service line, they guy said something like that's how many of those parts you need, according to the manufacturer.
Either way... that's wrong!
There are 6 screws and nuts, 3 on each side securing the windshield.
I asked the guy what's the minimum order to get free delivery.
He said £60, when I checked out it showed me £50 min order for free delivery.
Also, the price for the same part went up the next day.
AVOID, unless you can't find that part anywhere else...

Bought a few items off them now ...fully operational throughout the covid probs ..cant fault them, clear website, speedy delivery, they will definitely be my go to triumph parts website.

Shocking service was told two weeks wait for my part waited the two weeks still didn’t arrive then I was told by customer service after several emails which they did not reply to ( had to ring loads of times to get through)
That my part wouldn’t be with me for another month ? Money grabbers scammers and extremely misleading literally robbing people of their hard earned money for a sub standard service don’t use Fowlers parts !!! I ordered the same part from SPAIN and it took only 8 days to get to my address ? Shows how rubbish They are and how little they Care about their customers!

I've ordered a few parts from Fowlers since getting my last motorbike and their service has always been superb. Availability of parts for my Aprilia is also good as they can be very difficult to source anywhere else and I've been sent incorrect parts a few times from eBay sellers.

They have detailed parts diagrams for many bikes which makes finding parts a doddle. Delivery is always quick and their prices are good too. Highly recommended

Failed sensor cable on my bike, ordered last night, arrived today. 20 mins to fit, can't get better than that.

I first used Fowlers parts last Wednesday afternoon when I urgently needed a part for my Triumph Street Cup. My local Triumph dealer didn't have it in stock and I would have had to wait until next week for it. I found Fowlers on an internet search but rang them direct to discuss it first. They were so friendly and helpful. I ordered the part at about 3pm and DPD delivered the part the next day to get me back on the road before the weekend. Fantastic speedy helpful service.

Amazing service! Ordered at 7pm on Wednesday, got an order picked email at 8pm, arrived Friday. Very happy customer.
