Plant Stand
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I ordered the plant stand, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and craftsmanship. The materials feel sturdy, and the workmanship is clearly of a high standard — it looks even better in person than in the pictures. It was well packaged, arrived in great condition, and adds a lovely touch to my space. Very happy with this purchase!

Product damaged during transport
One of my obelisks arrived damaged and Franktons quickly agreed to replace the item with another without any further costs or any difficulty. I can't fault their customer service.

The arch is great
The arch is great, just as described. I would have give 5 stars but our delivery date was much delayed.
That said customer services respond quickly to all enquiries and the arch is perfect.

Delayed delivery but beautiful
A little over a week after purchase I emailed for an ETA as I had heard nothing.
Once the arbour arrived, it's beautiful. Well constructed and exactly what I wanted.

Lovely quality obelisk for garden
Lovely quality obelisk for garden, just as described. Home for my sweet peas. Really sturdy and easy to assemble and 2 person job. Great price snd very quick delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Complete absence of any information…
Complete absence of any information about delivery after order placed. I had to keep chasing to find out what was happening. Then, when it was delivered only 1 of 2 parcels for each of the 2 rose arches ordered were delivered. So I then had to chase again. I am still waiting. However, since writing that comment Franktons have made contact and explained the cause of the delivery issue. They have been very apologetic and extremely helpful in arranging for the missing items to be delivered.

As discussed over the phone, there was a mix-up with the consignment numbers, which led to uncertainty over which items had already been delivered. With your kind help in clarifying what had already arrived, we were able to contact the courier directly to locate the remaining parts of the consignment.

Very pleased with our obelisk, as previous remarks, a bit fiddly, really need two people to put together. Only given 4 stars as had to chase up on delivery, although that could have been from the courier company not delivering on time, as after contacting Frankton's we received it next day.
