Fantastic communication with the company, good quality goods. However I would say that the ground fixings for the Buckingham arch could be designed better, it was incredibly difficult to fix them and we are having to spend extra money on some better fixings to add more stability. Otherwise we are very pleased and would recommend this company.

Great product. Sturdy metal arch in ready to rust finish, easy to construct delivered within a week as expected. Comes with ground spikes for fixing into soil, looks great.

My Hotbin did go astray but as soon as the problem was identified it was sorted very quickly and efficiently and arrived just in time for my husband’s birthday. Thanks to helpful instructions it is now set up at the bottom of the garden and we are looking forward to our first batch of compost

Love the Arch. It’s beautiful and looks very strong. I haven’t had time to put it into the ground yet but am looking forward to seeing it up.

We decided to buy from Franktons in the first place after searching online and in garden centres.
We were on a budget but didn’t want flimsy.
Anything of similar size was a lot more expensive and we couldn’t see why.
Ok, it’s a risk, we couldn’t see it or touch it but it looked sturdy and the feedback was good.
Due to all ordering being on line and us having a holiday booked we were quite specific with delivery options, we couldn’t find anyway of stating this online (we were wrong) so we found a phone number.
Peter was super helpful, polite and kind, gazebo delivery was timely, packaged well and even after we found the instructions were missing Peter came to the rescue again.
It took an early 70’s couple 3 hours to erect, it went together well with no extra pieces at the end 👍
