Wellington Stand
We were looking for a gift from my mum, who had given us some money for Christmas.
We wanted an outside wellington stand, that was not a flimsy item.
We found the perfect item at Frankton’s!
Very well constructed with heavy gauge steel, with a good amount of powder coating.
We had the choice of decorative plaque on the front and we chose Y Ddraig Gymreig - A Welsh Dragon.
Very happy with the purchase.

Pruners were fine
Pruners were fine, but delivery was not good. It took over two weeks to deliver because they said my post box wasn't big enough , and pruners would not go through . I was happy for them to be left , and annoyed that they could not knock on my door and hand them to me, as i am always in as 71 and retired , it just seemed a bit silly , if they won't leave them how do i get my delivery ?? Lady at Frankton's was great and got back to my complaint very quickly , and asked for my order to be left on doorstep . Strangely, i managed to post the pruners through the letterbox as a test , so not sure what the delivery people are doing ?

Zero stars if I could
Zero stars if I could.
Bought a bench which honestly timber is cheap quality. Cracks in most of the wooden planks. Sendt one part then asked for another one and denied. Zest should not sell these cheap benches.

Hello Mo, thank you for your order with Frankton's. You ordered a bench that arrived with a few issues, so we arranged replacement parts to be sent. You accepted the parts and we made a partial refund as a good-will gesture. A few weeks later you contacted us again about the same bench. You wanted to keep the bench with a 50% refund of the purchase price. We denied the refund but instead offered a complete replacement, as we wanted you to be 100% happy with the product.

You contacted us about the problem promptly, but it took us a day or so to respond to you, which is far longer than we would have liked. We finally worked out the problem and sent you the missing part to the arch, which we hope you are very happy with.
