Very excellent service from ordering to fitting

We first contacted Fraser James in Enderby and met with Harriet. She showed us the shutters on display and we booked for Fraser to give us a quotation.

Fraser advised us on the type of shutters that would suit our widows and advised us of lead time of installation.

When the office contacted us to confirm the installation date the staff were both knowledgeable and polite .

On installation day Ned and Zack worked very hard in extreme heat . Everything was tidied up as they went along and the work was completed to our expectations.

Historically I’ve ordered blinds online to fit myself. I will never do that again. Quality product, fully fitted at excellent prices. It’s just not worth the hassle for me to struggle with the fitting any more. Communication with the company was good and staff really nice and helpful. I absolutely love my bifold door blinds and the ‘normal’ Venetians also ordered. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company to close family and friends.
