I have never heard of so many fees and ridiculous charges in my life $575. appraisal, $175. to expedite the appraisal, $200.00 to read it. Sad part is they ran my credit and then I found out about the fees!

This was such an easy process
This was such an easy process. Matthew was the best! Start to finish, the process took about a week (only because I had to wait a bit to schedule the signing) and took very little of my time. I highly recommend!
