I was in real trouble with my situation but I went to freeway and spoke to brody what a guy sorted it all out for me would well recommend to anyone top fella helped my situation massively thanks so much.

Easy to get to talk to somebody quickly very helpful and knowledgeable super service and the best thing my insurance had gone down not a lot but more than happy with that

I had a broken window that needed replacing..I rang Freeway at 09.00. By 09.40 I received a phone call from Autoglass who then booked me a appointment.. from first phone call staff were helpful and professional

I just renewed my insurance today first time with freeway ,after 20+ years with milestone/radius insurance my insurance rose by20% , freeway were much cheaper and setting up new policy Wes really simple , the agent was patient and polite to me , very easy transition 5 stars from me

Use freeways for years , they just charged me £80 to change my address , £50 of that was an agent fee , when queried why £80 I was told postal code , that was a lie £50 was agent fee , I will not be renewing.

The young lady that was on the phone to me to get my insurance was very pleasant to talk to and very well experienced with what she did and very helpful with sorting out my insurance. I wish to say that I would deal with that young lady again, she was very helpful.

Jokers keep emailing and texting me stupid high quotes making out even though it’s 250% higher than the next highest I have it’s actully really cheaper 😂 don’t bother wasting your time with these lot

Easy to renew and all agents I have interacted with have been friendly and professional.
The price has risen by quite a bit this year, but that is the case across all insurance companies and the increase hasn't been as much as some I have heard of.
Overall I would certainly recommend Freeway based on my own experiences of them.

They told me everything i had to do and talked me through what i didn't know.
