One of unprofessional people also its like the scams I got quoted different in one day but when ready to pay it was £900 extra from original quote one profile and 3 different quote in 1 hour also they deleted the first link but they don’t have have their email for quotes not professional so not recommended also be careful you all

I have been with them for over 4 years or so, not realizing they're cash cow, my policy was for due for renewal and I was sent ro renew before my due date, which was understandable, I did renew online before my policy runs, but then, I decided to cancel it, even though I still have my current policy still active, however, I was told that I would be charge for canceling the renewal, though I currently policy was still active. My conclusion, the company don't have hindsight, and lack of business ethics

Was lied to which I don't appreciate was trying to save money and told by a freeway rep because i wanted to remove no claims' protection to save money was told i would lose 11 years no claims if it resulted in an accident have been told the truth elsewhere its 2 years guys so have gone there and also saved money

One of worst insurance provider I have ever had! I added my private registration number to the same vehicle but I had to pay £106! Amazing! 🥲

Lisa at freeway was very helpful on the phone as an older taxi driver / made switching to my new tesla super efficient. This outfit are competitive and good i recommend highly. just don’t get rid of the phone assistants because they are very helpful.

I am with freeway insurance company since 2022. They always give me very good price. Customer service sakes personals are very good experienced and competent. I had an accident in 2022. Claim took litter longer but everything sorted. Happy with freeway insurance company
