Do not shop with this company for many reasons …
Do not shop with this company for insurance! They are sloppy and unprofessional. First, they got my policy wrong. And when I called about it, they never returned my call. After calling again, I finally was able to talk to my representative. After telling her that the address was wrong, she pretended to correct it but never did. Then upon further investigation, I noticed that my DOT number was wrong on my policy. So I called back again and was told that she would get back with me. Instead she texted me instead of calling me. If that wasn’t bad enough, the ELD device that I need to in order to run my company was sent to a completely different address. Why, because she never corrected the mistake that she claimed to have fixed. I can go on and on about the unprofessional behavior that was displayed by my representative but it would be redundant. I just want anyone who is thinking about choosing this company for insurance to reconsider and find another company.

Horrible experience ,horrible service just a 3 rd party company and they couldn't even do that right ...I would stay far away from this company and the companies they used was no better!!!!!

I canceled my policy 5 days after…
I canceled my policy 5 days after paying the $271 monthly payment. I received a $63 refund. I did the math and should have gotten $227 back. Worst decision I ever made was going with Freeway Insurance.
