The product is excellent. Wholesome, natural and very flavourful. I personally have had difficulty finding subscription reminders so that my unconfirmed orders arrive without warning. However, the help I have received from Evie on the chat line has been very good

Chicken ramen flavour tastes like greasy chicken skin, love the idea of these and was hoping this would be a great addition for the protein and collagen properties.
The sachets would have been perfect shame the taste wasn’t there.

Best bone broth I've discovered so far without having to make it myself. I'm post menopausal and drink a cup every day. Recently had some queries. Evie at customer services couldn't have been lovelier. Genuine response. Lovely tone of email. Speedy replies. She was the gold standard of service.

Wanted to try bone broth
Wanted to try bone broth , ordered the starter pack. Very quick delivery and well packaged. Love the beef broth and just received second order. Tried the strawberry flavoured high protein mix. I have subscribed to having a monthly supply of the beef broth and strawberry collagen protein. I suffer with osteoarthritis so need more goodness in the body.

The Freja collagen protein laxative shake
The Freja collagen protein shake should come with a clear warning that it may cause severe stomach upset on the packet. Tastes good but my usually strong stomach did not like it at all. If you are looking for a great tasting laxative - this is for you.

I accidentally subscribed and although I really rate the product high I was not ready to receive more just yet. Evie at customer service was prompt and really helpful with cancelling my order and processing a refund. I haven’t been this satisfied nor impressed with a company and the customer services in a long time.

Delicious product and great customer service
I buy the beef broth and it is really delicious - very warming and nurturing. I was really impressed with the customer service too - I had a few problems with my order (my mistake) and they sorted it out no problem and then I wanted to adjust my subscription and again, they resolved it really quickly with no quibble. A brillaint company with a great product.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. My order was “lost” by DPD. When I contacted Freja I was promised a refund once the order was recalled from DPD. I can see on my tracking the ordered has been recalled yet no refund has been forthcoming. Messages to Customer Service - which they were slow to respond to in the first place - are now being ignored. I’ve now cancelled my subscription going forward given this example of customer service.

I’m really sorry this has felt frustrating. I can see that your order was confirmed as lost with DPD, and we processed a full refund on 27th January as soon as the recall was completed.
Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.

Nothing special
I did not think the chicken broth tasted anything like chicken but my partner loved it, something like marmite. I did use the beef broth for a stew and it was fine but no better than the usual stock imo.

Taste is very subjective, so it’s always interesting to hear how different people experience our products. Our Classic Bone Broths are intentionally quite gentle and subtle, which some people love and others find a little mild.
If you’re after a bolder, more savoury flavour, our Instant range might be more up your street - they’re much punchier in flavour!
Even when used simply as a stock, our bone broths do offer added nutritional benefits compared to standard stock, as they’re simmered for much longer to naturally extract collagen, protein and amino acids.
