Leo loves it he had to switch to fresh pet because of his teeth and he’s able to eat it no problem he will take u to the fridge when he knows it’s time for food he’s more energetic since switching to fresh pet and the delivery is great I never have to worry about it being late

My dog loves loves loves his freshpet…
My dog loves loves loves his freshpet meals. When I’m taking it out of the fridge and putting it in his bowl he jumps as high as the counter over and over and over. He then runs as I’m walking his food to the mat where his bowl goes. He has the most energy since I started feeding him freshpet. He is more regular when he poops and not constipated. Switching him to freshpet was probably the best choice I could have made for him and his health. Since I got him neutered I worry about him being overweight, because he is a foodie. Freshpet keeps him at a healthy weight and a nice shiny coat.

Explosive diarrhea
Well, followed the introductory FreshPet plan as recommended. Needed to interrupt feeding secondary to gaseous watery diarrhea. Have postponed my purchased feeding type until diarrhea has resolved

This is the first dog that I’ve had that is not food or treat motivated at all. This is the most excited I’ve ever seen him about food of any kind.

So yummy the pups ran out!
Food is too human, dogs loved every meal. They are hooked! We need our subscription changed to send more frequently, we ran out.

Just got off the phone with Freshpet……
Just got off the phone with Freshpet… perhaps the worst customer service in my experience.
Long story short.My small dogs enjoy the food. However, someone on Freshpet’s team miscalculated the number of bags we needed. One box arrived when I was home, the second two my dog sitter refrigerated and froze due to the volume.
Arriving home, I had to throw out 10 bags of expired food. The six bags in the freezer may be inedible. I presently have two unexpired bags in my refrigerator .
I asked for a refund for the expired food which was due to sending considerably more than needed.
The customer service person was extremely difficult to understand…seemed to want me to take pictures of the expired food which is in the outside trash.
I also asked to change my order…quite a procedure on their end.
After 25 minutes of getting nowhere, I asked that my subscription be canceled immediately.
What a fiasco.

Our 14 year old Chihuahua
Our 14 year old Chihuahua, Lily, literally gallops to get to her food! After one of our other dogs passed, both Lily and Abby, our Chiweenie, would not eat. Fresh Pet came to the rescue!
