Great customer service & quality of fruit
We received our first delivery of fruit & milk today and everything arrived fresh & well-packed. Fruit is great quality! Communication with the team has been great and our account manager Luke has been very thorough. A good first impression & we're looking forward to continuing with their services :)

Very Helpful & went that extra mile
We are in the middle of moving office and Dan could only find a Tuesday delivery for our new office, which was not ideal.
We really needed a Monday delivery. After many days of enquiries he confirmed on Friday that he has secured a Monday delivery.

Fruitless Expectations 🍌
The idea is great – but the execution just isn’t there. The fruit we've received has consistently been small, bland, and lacking in flavour. Wouldn’t recommend it to others based on my experience.

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted Fruidel as there had been 2 separate weeks where we did not receive our weekly delivery. I was contacted by Daniel Edleston who reassured me he would investigate immediately. Daniel kept me continually updated and was able to quickly source and provide a resolution. Throughout our email conversations, Daniel was helpful and courteous and ensured that I was happy with the outcome, which I was. I have confidence to contact Daniel again if I need to.

Unreliable Delivery and Poor Communication – Very Disappointing…
I decided to try Fruidél after seeing so many positive reviews — I thought I’d give them a chance. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what others described.
My first order which was a test fruit box, confirmed by a phone call, was a no-show. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with a paid trial box. I even paused my existing fruit delivery service to try Fruidél, trusting that they would deliver as promised. Despite receiving an order confirmation, the delivery didn’t arrive again.
This left my company without fruit for the team — a direct consequence of relying on Fruidél’s service.
Their sales representative, Gabriel, insists on confirming orders over the phone every time, which feels unnecessary when email communication should be enough.
I genuinely wanted to like this service, but two failed deliveries, poor communication, and the inconvenience caused have left me very disappointed. Maybe I was just unlucky, but this level of unreliability is unacceptable. I won’t be using Fruidél again, and I’d advise others to be cautious despite the good reviews.

Great Customer Service
Callum was so helpful with all the enquiries I had, with fast responses to emails and a follow-up with a telephone call which was great as sometimes you need all answers there and then. Callum was very joyful, and professional which made the enquiries easily expressed. At the end of our conversation, I had an outstanding customer service experience, and his spontaneous manner made the day even brighter.
