Fubo is the most glitchy and…

Fubo is the most glitchy and undependable streaming service available. Absolutely ALL other apps work on our tv, but with Fubo it is ALWAYS some connection issue or “unknown” error. Complete garbage.

I signed up for a free trial

I signed up for a free trial. I received an email prior to the expiration of this trial that the services would end. So I didn't worry about it much. Then they billed me for a whole month without my permission. Regardless of contracts these guys are cyber criminals. They have no human customer service and during the free trial I noticed that my web was going offline repeatedly. I haven't watched it and haven't had internet issues lately.

Don't Fall For The 7-Day Trial Scam

**This is a scam, not a trial.** I signed up for what was advertised as a 7-day free trial, but my credit card was charged immediately. When I attempted to cancel, customer service claimed I had accepted the terms and conditions—which, according to them, included *no actual trial period*. They insisted I didn't cancel in time, even though I canceled within minutes of signing up. The moment you enter your credit card details, you're considered a paying subscriber. No refund was issued. **Deceptive practices like this are unacceptable. Avoid FuboTV at all costs.**

This company is terrible

This company is terrible, they fraudulently charged my credit card. I signed up for the free 7 day trial and the same day cancelled my subscription. Then 7 days later they charged my card with NO authorization. I called and the customer service representative was not helpful at all, and would not reverse the charge , I told him I had proof of my cancellation and he did not care and said they would do nothing for me. I will take care of it with my bank. I would not recommend.

I was in Germany over the holidays/NFL Snafu

I was in Germany over the holidays. I signed up before Christmas to watch an NFL game, and entered the free trial. I could not access the desired game. The response was that NFL was not offered in Germany. I then noticed my CC was billed that same day for $109.15. Back in the USA, I contacted FUBO chat and after getting through the ChatBot spent time with an agent (human?) explaining the situation. He finally came back and said my cancellation was registered but there would be no refund. Seems very Scammy to me.

Absolute Thieves!

I did a Fubo.tv free trial, then cancelled my trial before the end. This was confirmed with a screen saying trial cancelled. Then Fubo charged me for 2 months afterward. $121.97 for the first month and $141.97 for the second month. I did not sign in or use Fubo during any of these predatory charges.

When the second charge came through I noticed the charges and called Fubo's customer service. The agent said that they would reimburse the $141.97 charge since it was charged the same day as I called. They however wouldn't reimburse me for the $121.97 charge. Even though this was a technical issue on their end. They claimed they had no record of a cancellation initiated on my end. Technical issues happen, don't make your potential customers pay for your bad software. All Fubo had to do is do what was right and reimburse me for the first charge and I would likely have become a Fubo customer in the future. This is criminal predatory exploitation of people. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THE FREE TRIAL ISN'T FREE!!

To Fubo, if you reimburse me for my first wrongful charge of $121.97 I will give you a better review. Until then You're a ZERO STAR company in my book!

And no you don't have high Attention Levels, it's just bug attention. Free Trial "Gotcha"

Do not sign up for the "free trial" and expect to get a reminder when it is ending, as they promise. Yes, they will send it, but designed to end up in your spam filter. Every other email they send you will be received normally. Is this deliberate? Someone should investigate whether a pattern exists.

It is not worth getting any subscribtion with them.

If you travel and are abroad while your account is running but you do not use it, you will not be able to access nor cancel your subscription as their service is rightfully impossible to access in countries that actually care about soccer. Like portugal! There must be a reason, Also, this is extremely overpriced and their process to cancel sucks.

I have a FUBO ACCOUNT. Last night I wanted to watch the. Finish Nadcarrace at Bristol. Could not find it. I went to the CW on FUBO. So no race. It said if I get a new subscription, I would get the race. Still no race. Why? The $80 per month that I am paying apparently is not enough. Dry disappointed!!!

Fubo's latest upgrade changed how the platform performs - for the worse. The ability to ffwd/reverse through recorded content has been eliminated. Now, you have to sit thru all of the commercials. And if you stop a program and try to resume later in the same spot - it won't let you anymore. You have to re-watch from the beginning. I am canceling FUBO as soon as I decide on a better streaming option. Fubo sucks.

free trial is a scam

I signed up for the service following the link with 7-day free trial. I did not select anything additional and cancelled my free trial after 6 days, with only 2h watched as I wasn’t satisfied with the quality and speed of streaming.
Yet I was charged $103 regardless of the free trial period along with additional charges, which I found out in my bank statement.
I contacted my credit card issuer but the charge wasn’t refunded as Fubo provided vague statements that ‘free trial is up to the system to decide whether to be granted or not’
After several days with their CS, they kept throwing different screenshots with different information at me. They claimed I subscribed to a basic service of 79.99, yet the charges didn’t add up and I saw a hidden ‘regional sports’ fee.
Now they deny refunding the money as per their ‘agreement’, there are no refunds for any fees paid.
Yet I didn’t consent to any of the additional charges and was supposed to try the service for 7 days free.
I’m now filing all possible complaints and reports to raise awareness of this fraudulent company and their malicious practices.

FREE TRAIL = $100

Started a free trial on 6/6 and canceled before trial period ended. Kept receiving an email stating we needed to update payment info, since the card we had on file had been replaced due to losing the card (never updated info). How is it that we got charged on 5/25 with no correct payment info?!?!?!?! Im currently on the phone trying to speak with a representative and have not reached anyone in over 25 mins. This is insane!!!!! FREE TRIAL = $100 SCAM!

Fraudulent charges; refused to cancel my free trial; refuses refund

DO NOT DO THEIR FREE TRIAL!!!! EVERYONE GETS CHARGED EVEN IF THEY CANCEL IT!!!!!

I am currently working with my bank and BBB to get a refund. This company is bogus.

Frauds!! Scammers!

I cancelled my free trial by calling their provided number and pressing the corresponding keys to cancel. Yet, they charged me. So I tried to cancel AGAIN and they tried charging me for a second month ….. for their PREMIUM package that I never agreed to sign up. After a few tries I finally got a live rep on the phone - said rep, Andy who was very nice, told me that there were zero attempts noted made from their phone system. (FRAUD/SCAM)

I asked about a refund and due to company policy they refuse any and all refunds.

BBB has 492 of the same complaints in the last 365 days!!!!!!!!! Clearly this is happening everyday to many people.

This company is scamming people everyday and playing innocent. They say their no refund policy is on the website… but what they don’t tell you is that they will charge no mattter what!!!! And stand behind some words on a screen that “oh, it’s our policy”

MAYBE YOH SHOULD MAKE IT YOUR POLICY TO ACTUALLY CANCEL SERVICES WHEN THE CUSTOMER CANCELS IT.

STAY AWAY FROM THE FREE TRIAL

Similar to all of the other reviews I'm seeing here, I signed up with FuboTV to get a free trial and they have consistently found ways to continue scamming me out of my money! First, I tried to cancel after the 7 day trial and they said that it ended at midnight after the 6th day, so I had to pay 100 for one additional month. Then I tried to cancel my service, but instead of it being canceled it was "paused" which basically means they make it seem like its cancelled, but then after 6 months they start taking money out of your account again with zero notice or warning. For the next two months I was once again being charged for a service I was NOT USING! Terrible customer service. Nobody was willing to work with me. And they were all in on it. They know they are scamming and have no problem doing it. STAY AWAY FROM THE FREE TRIAL.
