Yo ya había estado en esta plataforma y acabe marchando porque perdió mucho y no me gustaba.
Al dejar mis datos guardados en mi teléfono por un error mi hijo reactivo la suscripción. Inmediatamente aviso del error y de que es una plataforma que no me gusta. Pero como los datos metidos son los de una tarjeta caducada y así me lo hace saber mi banco, no me preocupo mucho. Días después veo que se me ha cargado el pago. Vuelvo a ponerme en contacto y explico el error tanto al activar la suscripción como al cobro del pago en una tarjeta caducada y con bonitas palabras me han dicho que se la trae al pairo. Se supone que cuando contratas algo tienes derecho a desestimar el contrato en los 15 primeros días naturales. También se lo saltan al pairo.
Por favor, mucho cuidado. El servicio es pésimo, no tienen el contenido ofertado y no funciona de la manera más fiable y legal como debería ser.

Unethical business practices. Unhelpful Customer Support.

I ordered FuboTv early 2023 and canceled. Well I thought I canceled but I apparently "paused" for 6 months. Once pause ended FuboTv sent 1 email late September 2023 saying I will have access to Fubo again starting in October. I didnt see that email or notice the subsequent charge to my credit card. They proceeded to send me tons of promotional emails which I thought was just a way to get me to re sign up. No montly bills were ever emailed. Just this past month February 2024 I noticed the $88.98 charge on my credit card, went back and saw they have been charging me for 5 months. A total of $444.9 for a service I DIDNT KNOW I HAD AND DIDNT USE ONCE! And yes Im upset with myself for not noticing the charges sooner. I emailed and called customer support FULLY expecting they would refund me or at least be understanding. Surely they can see the service wasnt used, PLUS I didnt confirm /authorize the charges to start again. But customer service was extremley unhelpful. They do not care in the least about the customer experience. For the past 2 weeks Ive been emailing/calling them to resolve. The rep I spoke to said she would send this to their fraud/disputes area. So that was a joke. The rep didnt call me but eventually emailed me basically blaming me, saying I signed up for autopay after the free trial and there is no evidence to suggest that this account was created fradulently. But he was purposely missing the point, I never said the account was created fraudulently. I said I did not approve the charges they started making to my credit card without my knowledge. Horrible experience. No one saying this is unfortunate. Or even offering to give me 5 months credit so I could at least use the expensive service I was paying for. Its shocking a company can get away with this. It is such a manipulative way to make money. No bills are sent. So they happily charge busy unsuspecting people under the radar. Since it was evident Im not getting my $444.90 back I already took the steps to delete my information from their site. I will post my experience a few places to warn people, learn from it and move on.

WORST COMPANY AND MAJOR SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!

Fubo TV claims that you can get a free trail with them to watch stuff on there, but once you enter your debit or credit card number that HAS money on it, Fubo TV DENIES you access to a free trail, claiming that they weren't able to process a payment. A FREE TRIAL MEANS FREE!!!!!! You should NOT be trying to process a payment for a FREE TRIAL!!!!!!!!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trial period is a scam

I've subscribed for the trial period and immediately realized I couldn't use the streaming service in Finland, where I live. About 20-30 min after subscribing, I tried to cancel. The page gave an error and would't load anymore and I thought I managed to cancel the subscription during the free period. To my surprise, before the end of supposed trial, I got an email informing me the subscription was still active. I replied and asked for a cancellation, because again, I could't cancel it through the website. My card was charged and the customer service is absolutely useless. When I ask for a refund, because I NEVER USED THEIR SERVICE AND CANNOT USE IT, they reply "Since your account will remain active until the end of the month you've already paid for, no refund is available, but I can ensure that you will not be charged moving forward."

TRIAL PERIOD IS A SCAM AND THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Deceptive communications

Deceptive communications, useless customer support.

I signed up for a 1 week free trial (note - the trial is one week from the exact second you started the trial, rather than including the end of the day).

When I went to cancel the free trial before it expired, I was offered a reduced rate for the next month. I clicked on the offer, intending to see the reduced rate. Instead, the company charged my card immediately for a full month subscription. I DID NOT CONSENT.

They do not offer a refund once they have your money.

Customer service is completely non-existent. It's just an endless circle of automated menus, either via chat or via phone, with no option to speak with a human.

Totally miserable and dishonest.

No cancelan y no devuelven el dinero FuboTV

Me he suscrito to FuboTV por un año. No me satisfizo el servicio y quise cancelarlo. Me dicen que lo cancelan en un año y no ahora y no devuelven el pago de los meses no utilizados. No se subscriba a FuboTV. No les importa cuidar su prestigio.

I agreed to trial period. I could not get program I wanted and did not open anything.
I assumed thay would not chatge me for something
I did not use.
I was sick and lo and behold I was billed two months before I got them shut off!
I called Credit card and expected to get refund.
No luck!!

This company is a total SCAM

This company is a total SCAM. I signed up for a trial service mainly to watch soccer games. After finding out that not only they don't have the games I want to watch, they don't have the channels I regularly watch. So I canceled my trial subscription and got an email confirmation of the cancellation. Three weeks later when it was time to pay my credit card bill I looked at my bill and found that they charged me a subscription fee. When I called to get the charge reversed they would not agree to it. I asked to put their denial of my request in writing, and they would not agree to that either. As a principal of things I am going to involve my attorney in this case, BUT BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN UP FOR. Me, I am never going this route again. There are plenty of other services out there that really want to make money the honest way.

ZERO stars if I could

ZERO stars if I could. They JACK the prices up without telling you. They add FEEs later on you have no idea about. STAY AWAY, they are CROOKS. Good luck calling and/or texting them, you will get busy signals, email responses saying, we will get to you shortly and NEVER get a response.

You were supposed to let me know when my free trial would end. YOU did not. So I was left with two billings for non-usage. What is with that? No recourse? This is very unethical. Check my usage. 1 day on trial. Couldn't cancel because you did not notify me. I want 2 months refund. I will review you all over the net if this is not taken care of. Rip off.

I got fubotv so I could watch & record all the world cup games. They had an issue which made it so no one could watch France vs Morocco. I called to cancel my account because I wasn't going to pay for another month ($80) not knowing if I'd actually be able to watch the 2 final games. The customer service guy said that he would give me a one time deal with $55 off my next month if I didn't cancel. I made sure that I understood what he said by repeating it to him & he agreed. That was yesterday. Today I go to sign in & it says my account has been canceled. The 3rd place game started at 10am & it was 9:50am. I got through & after almost 20 min they said that they were not going to give me the deal. I made sure she knew that he had already said that I was all set. She still refused & told me that I would have to pay full price. I eventually just stopped the conversation & got off the phone. This is bs. Not only that but by the time I got to the game 2 goals had already been scored. I wish I'd never spent the first $80 on a business where they don't honor their word. The phone calls are recorded & if they went back they would see that's what was promised.
UPDATE - I got an email saying that they went back to the recording & I was right, he did offer the $55 credit for some unknown reason. The person who emailed promised to honor it. I appreciate their investigation, kindness & promptness.

FUBO TV will bring you the worst experience possible!

If it were possible I would give them less than one star! after charging a monthly fee of $79.99 per month FuboTV.com could not deliver live games. Instead they had a message on their help center site telling people to go watch the game on fox, where if you naturally get to watch only part of the first half before your free pass expires.
The problem is that their site broke down several times before the semi finals, where their app will not let you finish watching a live game before cutting off or automatically switching over to a different sport game, not even soccer. When I brought it up to their attention they kept claiming there wasn't a problem with their app and now it seems to have happened across their network or at least major parts of it. They may have the desire for business for which they charge premium fees, but they definitely don't have the capacity to deliver live games!

I had to transfer information on my Fubo account. I was having trouble doing it online so I called customer service and got a rep by the name of Daniel Ortega. He we kind, empathetic and patiently walked me through the process. It’s rare that you get that kind of customer service.

fubotv is horrible

I tried to sign up to fubotv and after entering my credit card and clicking sign up it just circled me back to the homepage. There was no acknowledgement at all. I was unable to sign in and never received an e-mail of any kind to confirm or welcome me. When I was doing my taxes I noticed they had been charging me all along. When I called customer service they just blew me off saying they are a prepaid service. They would not let me speak to a manager. I never received anything from them or ever logged in. They made no attempt to even try to check or help me at all. Why use them when you can use dazn which works great AND has excellent customer service and chat.
