Medication Cabinet delivered to wrong…
Medication Cabinet delivered to wrong address. When completing the order the delivery address was mixed up with the invoice address. When I called to ask if it could be redelivered, I was told no. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and offered no solution to the issue. This is a very heavy item which is now stuck in our head office instead of in the service where it should be

Missing Items - time wasters
Missing Items - many phone calls - wasting so much of my time that I wish I never ordered.
I ordered 4 items and only 3 made it to me, none of them had instructions on how to build.
After 2 days of calling for the instructions to be sent by email, the customer service agent had them in her inbox but would not forward them wihtout a half hour phone call, many holds, and escalation to her manager. This company is too big and does not have any care for customers.

The item was delivered badly damaged
The item was delivered badly damaged. We have contacted customer service and sent photos of the damage and yet we have been told that we have to wait 48 hours before they can let us know what they are going to do about it. The delivery was delayed twice and now the item won't be installed in time for the start of the school term. Very, very poor customer service.

Delivered on time but I was very disappointed with the quality of the product.
The safe was a lot bigger than I expected (ordered by a colleague located elsewhere) and it construction method was very poor. I recon if you wanted to get into it and you knew how it clipped together, you could very easily knock the bottom of the safe out with a lump hammer with one strike. Quit pathetic really.
