Furniture Castle has a huge variety of very unique, classy and beautiful pieces that you honestly do not see in many other stores. Their range is impressive and there is something for every style, whether for home, office or special decorative pieces.

I also want to especially mention their customer service. In my case, I purchased a couple of items a bit too quickly without properly checking if they would suit my needs, and when I contacted the team regarding a return, they were very understanding, helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Everything was handled politely and the refund was processed without issues.

The quality of the products is beautiful and the whole team was patient and supportive during communication. I honestly do not usually leave reviews, but in this case I really wanted to say thank you and acknowledge the excellent service.

We bought the mandir from here, happy with the contemporary design and light features and fits the place well. Although, the Mandir is bit pricy and could have been better finished meaning the behind part didn’t slide in completely with the base and shows unfinished part.
Communication and delivery was prompt from the store people and as promised it was delivered the next day just in time for Diwali Festival.

So I ordered a sofa from this company through Facebook... within less than 24 hours of the sofa arriving I asked for a refund due the fact that the sofa is weak and bending.. I've been asked to send over £100 security deposit before the sofa is collected and I'm refunded I can't afford this as I'm a single mum... someone claiming to work for this company had messaged me privately saying he will pay for me and telling me his personal information and asking me for my pickture after sending me his, now I'm not getting any replies back from anyone, very unprofessional as well as leaving a single mum broke with a sofa that doesn't match up to standards not the correct sofa that was ordered and will fall apart in a few weeks

It was a good experience dealing with furniture castle. Did have some initial issues with the mattress fitting that were immediately looked at with full responsibility and fixed. Our beds look great and have an awesome finish to them. Very reasonable for pricing too! Definitely worth recommending the business.
