Tablet missing uk adapter
Can't fault Fusions customer service.
Tablet arrived with american adapter instead of english. One email and new one put in post - unfortunately RM seemed to have lost it so one more email replacement adapter posted and recieved next.
Would definitely buy from here again.

I wouldn't bother
I wouldn't bother, spend a little extra and get a good brand. I had to re-install some drivers. Went to the manufacturers website, download center. And there was no drivers. just a form to fill in as if i was reporting a fault. Opened the live chat. nothing for hours. gave up in the end. This is what you get when you cheap out on tech. 20 years in IT, and i class this as barely useable. works out of the box. but if you need to fix anything (which you will at some point) you will regret buying this. On a positive note.. it looks nice i guess..

I've ordered from Fusion5 several times…
I've ordered from Fusion5 several times (a tablet and several chargers) and have had them replace the battery on my tablet when it finally needed a new one, so I have some experience with them. They got my latest order out and on the way quickly, it actually arrived a bit earlier than originally expected (coming from FL to AK!). I recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

Had a terrible time finding compatible…
Had a terrible time finding compatible power charger as the original that came with the tablet a few months ago broke (the male part). Bought 4 & had to return. Finally actually did a chat at the web site & told my story & provided a picture of the back of my tablet that showed details of type of tablet. The response gave me page of the proper power charger so purchased & I was ecstatic that it was the correct one!

The company handled repair of my Fusion5 10.1" FWIN232 Plus Tablet PC device promptly and skillfully after receiving it. They shipped it back to me within hours but the transit time via USPS was about a week unfortunately. My interaction was courteous and professional. The repair invoice itemized the repairs made and parts replaced.

Absolute rubbish
Bought a Fusion Tablet, failed within weeks. Software is poor, customer service non existent & refusing to refund, they continue to refuse to refund quoting Amazon's 30 return policy. Completing ignoring the consumer rights legislation. So in effect Fusion only offer a 30 day guarantee. Best advice avoid avoid avoid.

As such, if a customer contacts us within 30 days of the original purchase date, we are often able to offer flexible return extensions—and this approach applies across all our sales platforms, including Amazon.

Can I take back my one star
Can I take back my one star? This tablet ( SERIES FWIN232) is terrible.Ii got it in January 2025 when I had to travel for an emergency. Right from the start the frustration began. It takes me multiple times to get it to turn on, then after I log in it closes down. I have tried to work with this unit but I am at my wits end. My advice to anyone is DO NOT BUY IT.
