No reply to communications very bad customer service, had to threaten with bank to get my refund - eventually.

I was slightly apprehensive of buying a plastic (Resin) shed and contacted Gardendealsdirect via email, their customer service was excellent and gave me the confidence to go ahead and purchase one from them, it was delivered very quickly and the packaging was in good order. I had looked at Keter sheds and found them to be very overpriced so I opted for the Duramax 10 x 6. Very easy to put together and totally waterproof. I was so happy with it I emailed the company and gave them my positive feedback. As I mentioned before, a great company to do business with and a great product range.

after looking at the reviews , i have decided not to buy from em... just not sure about the service.

Ordered 6 8 shed lovely looking shed promised 5 to 7working days arrived 14 days after Lots of phone calls and emails ,it has now been assembled and looks very good no parts missing however we think the company needs to review there customer service if they kept there customers informed it would be a lot better,another thing box it said 2 man delivery one man carried it all on his own it took 3 men to get it into the garden.

A truly terrible service. Ordered a Pro Grade shed from this company over three months ago after being told it was 7-14 days delivery. After 21 days I received an email to say that delivery would now be delayed due to the war in Iran and would now be 40-45 days. I was prepared to wait and after a phone call I was told that current orders would be delivered first when they arrived. After the 45 days there was still no sign so I requested a new delivery date but heard nothing and was left no choice but to request a refund. Nearly three later the refund has still not been processed despite them claiming it has been sent. Please avoid this company, they make false promises and are dishonest despite being given the benefit of doubt on more than one occasion.

Ordered 7x7 shed and arrived within the time frame quoted, I built it yesterday with no issues and I'm very happy with our purchase

Order was cancelled and I was told the refund was processed.
I was advised to wait 7-10 working days, however the refund still has not appeared on my credit card and customer service stopped replying.
Very disappointing experience and poor communication

Happy with quality & look of shed. Happy with service from customer services (Chris) we are very happy with the outcome, after small issue after delivery it was dealt with quickly & was very positive. 5 star.

I liked the look and price of the 8x6 shed but despite some of the bad reviews, I placed an order, it was delivered undamaged yesterday, 5 working days after ordering.

We bought a Shed from this company and it was perfect, no problems at all, it came with all the parts, it took a while to come but it was definitely worth the wait, I highly recommend buying things from this company!

Terrible! From ordering, I was promised 5-7 working days for delivery. I had to wait over a month, I telephoned every week for an update,they didn't have a clue! They kept on saying next week.
They promised me £20 compensation upon delivery, I'm still waiting!
One of the parts was damaged, I've reported it but nobody has got back to me. I doubt they ever will.
My advice is stay clear of this company, I will.

Update:
I finally received compensation for both the delay with the delivery and the damaged part (agreed instead of a replacement). The money was transferred within a very short time.
I give them 5 stars for the product. Its very well made and looks great.
I hope my experience was a blip.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a 10 ×8 Duramax garden shed. The design and quality are excellent. Price is very good. I built it in 6 hours. I had help from my wife for 2 of those hours when I was fitting the plastic panels. The instructions were very good and easy to follow as long as you don't loose your page.
The company were good to deal with. I would have given 5 stars had I been able to get the shed I ordered first. But due to international shipping issues I had to change my order or wait and I needed a shed straight away.

Are you ever going to respond to me???? Your customer service email response says ‘inbox full’ ???!! Where’s my purchase??

The worst company i have ever dealt with, it's a shame the lowest rating is one star should be NO STAR

I paid for a shed on bank card and changed my mind. So emailed the company stating that 6 week lead time for the shed was to long. Can you put money back on the card. Email reply on the 18th March money as left the account please allow 7 to 10 days for funds to show on my account. After numerous emails chasing funds. I spoke to my bank on 10th day and they said the company paid it on the 27th March, 7 days later which makes 3 days for payment. Why hold on to customers money and lied they paid it 7 days prior.

Very poor quality of the material. Waste of money and time.

Utterly dire experience with this company, I would suggest avoiding at all costs. I saw previous reviews and thought I would give them a shot nonetheless. But that was a mistake. In ordered a bin store over 5-weeks ago, I chased on weekly basis and they said it would arrive “this week” on multiple occasions. Then they stopped responding to my emails, so I raised a section 75 to get a refund through my bank - I’m not waiting 5-week for that!!

I ordered a 8ft x 10ft shed, 2 boxes arrived in 5 days so great. Start building the shed and all great but got to the roof and there isn’t one.
I emailed and had no reply. I called and spoke to them, they said it’s regular because the distributors use different vans for 1 and 2 man lifts, therefore I’m a box short. It’s a week now and I’ve still not received the roof and to make it worse they have stopped answering calls!
Avoid this company like the plague unless you want a half built shed!!

If I could have given 10 stars I would’ve done!!
The after sales service provided by Rachael was exceptional- not only did she resolve the issue she ordered spare parts from Amazon to be delivered direct to us.
Definitely recommend and will use again

Everything was great initially. Good communication throughout. Arrived on time. Driver was great, helped me take the two heavy boxes exactly where i wanted. Even explained to them i won’t be building soon as weathers bad, so when i come to it and need assistance, say hardware or something is missing, will you help? Replied immediately and said yes, great.

Come to build it and one floor panel was damaged. But by the end of the day, got the shed built but had issues regarding one page and instructions. Sent them a detailed email with pictures and videos, asking for clarification of assembly and letting me know i got damaged a parts. Left it a few days, no reply. Emailed again, no reply.
