Ordered a garden set back in June. It arrived relatively quickly but unfortunately it arrived broken. I got in touch straight away and they agreed to replace the damaged section.
On the 24th of July, after chasing them for information they let me know they were having Issue colour matching the furniture so asked if I could be in to accept the delivery to check for my self the colour matched. I explained that would be fine, but I would need advance notice to ensure I could get the time off work to be home for this.
14th of August and still nothing. So again I chased for a update.
After a call with management on the 19th of August I was assured again this would be sorted out. Again, no one got intouch and I contacted them again on the 10th of September and was told someone would be intouch to arrange delivery soon.

On the 16th of September they called me at 6pm in the evening asking to deliver it the 11an next day.
I was not able to arrange for anyone to be there for delivery with such short notice and made them aware.
Since then I have had no contact or no further information about having this issue corrected.

Extremely disappointed in this service. I have had to chase for updates at every single point and have been left for weeks with no contact or information.
14 weeks since i first got in touch, the summer is over and I have not been able to make use of the furniture I purchased.

Quick and efficient

Very fast efficient service. Item as described. Reasonable prices

Have been using Florian three seat swing hammock (heavy duty) for a couple of months now. Nice looking but condition poor.
1. Scratches to poles on opening boxes and removing plastic coverings.
2.part missing from canopy fixing so unable to use with the canopy attached.
3. Two months in and rust is appearing on frame poles.
4. Cushions very poor quality fabric and foam. Soon feel the pole underneath the seat as foam lacks density. Cover fabric looks cheap and shiny. Also gets incredibly hot in sunshine. Was better with additional throw put over it. Because fabric is shiny the base cushion slips and moves once someone has sat on it, meaning it constantly needs adjustment under the three back cushions to be able to sit comfortably.
Not a great purchase. Don’t expect it to last the winter, quality wise, even with a cover on. Not what I’d describe as heavy duty.

I ordered a garden bench on 3rd July, with delivery 'on its way' 5th July. I had to chase up the delivery twice. By 20th July it still hadn't arrived. I cancelled my order & was promised a refund. Again I had to chase this up. Refund obtained 25th July.
The customer service reps were all polite & helpful. I'm assuming the problem is with their shipping agent.
I have not used Garden Store Direct before and won't be ordering from them again.

The garden set i ordered was quoted as rope online except it isnt nothing like rope,more corded fabric. The information on website is misleading.returned for refund with no issues.

Great experience. Very pleasant and knowledgeable girl on the phone. She took my order and completed the payment. The following day I received a mesage informing me of the delivery time that day. I was able to track my delivery and item arrived within the 2hour slot. Assembly was straight forward and not difficult as previous customer had said. Item was first class and very good quality. I am very impressed by both Garden Store Direct and my two Sydney sun loungers.
