What a fantastic store to deal with, delivery was prompt. We did have an issue but the fantastic customer services have sorted it out. Nothing has been too much for them. I highly recommend them

GSD were fine to deal with x I have no complaints about the company. However, I would like to warn buyers looking for a plastic garden storage box, to only buy a product that they can inspect before purchasing. I bought a Starplast plastic garden XXL storage box from Gardens Direct, constructed it x put my garden cushions, chairs x tools in it. The first time it rained everything stored inside was wet through x damaged. Months of modifications have failed to make this box waterproof! The design of the box is flawed x faulty, allowing water to ingress through the hinges. I have had no option but to use a plastic tarpaulin over the box to keep the rain out, not ideal and very annoying.

Easy to order, swift delivery and great sun lounger. Very happy with service and product

An amazing customer service, I bought William in grey and this was not the colour, I wanted I called customer service and the was able to change it with for the Beige, The person on phone was so supportive and understanding he even did delivery arrange the delivery so fast.

Bought garden furniture via GardenStoreDirect.com after a VERY poor experience with a competitor company.

I am so pleased that I have my furniture in my garden within a week of ordering.

The website was easy to use, had clear photography and customer service via email prompt ahead of purchase.
I’d asked which courier they used after issues with another one with my previous garden furniture purchase and was pleased that they used AIT for delivery.

Communication was vis email ahead of time to be given a choice of delivery dates within a week of ordering, a time slot provided the night before and contacted an hour before on the morning of in addition to being able to track via an online link.

Item arrived with box in near perfect condition, furniture not damaged and photograph taken/ item signed for. Two men were polite and dropped off exactly where I asked.

The item itself is also exactly as described and perfect for my garden - the Enzo 5 Piece set - and required minimal assembly - only to screw on the feet with the Alan key provided which took less than an hour.

I took a gamble ordering with this company as had never heard of them before but I recommend others look to this website before ordering from others.

Fast delivery and excellent customer service

Fitted a pergola. Sent a company who built 75% of it in my garden then asked me to sign a damage waiver. They confirmed they did not have public liability insurance so GardenStoreDirect sent an uninsured company to work at my property.

Damage waivers should be done prior to work starting so I have an option, not 75% into the build.

I refused, they threatened to leave the half built pergola in my garden in high winds so it would have caused serious damage.

The boss of the GardenStoreDirect emailed to say if I allow the company to continue, they will cover any unlikely repair costs.

My tile is cracked and now GardenStoreDirect are reading my emails but not replying.

Awaiting 2 repair quotes then starting legal action.

Pathetic aftercare.

Parcel not arrived on time even few days later hard to locate

Firstly price of item drew us to it. Staff member very helpful and indeed did send out item the same day. Only issue was that carrier, DPD advised there was an "issue" with delivery and item was delayed by one day.

Placed an order 1st may, the website/advert explicity said the delivery would be between 7-14 days. I wait 14 days only to receive a text message asking me to pick a delivery date and the earliest date I could choose was 22nd June.

I rang them up asking whats this 14 days to deliver but now without warning its actually nearly 2 month??? "Theres nothing we can do".

Absolutely sh1t service!!!!!

Spent two weeks waiting for an item without response when asking where it was and then it was the wrong item. £500 well spent. Avoid.

Will be having to raise a charge back to my credit card.

Incredibly pleased with our eight seater garden table and chairs set. Quality product that was well packaged.

2 stars for delivery
Delivery service was not as smooth. Was booked and scheduled to arrive on the Friday. Nothing, so I called them and they apologised and said it would be first slot the next day. It was but only because I contacted them!
