Ordered the pro grade premium quality 8ftx10ft shed. Took over 2months to deliver and never got any updates, had to do all the chasing up myself. Was suppose to get a email confirming when it would be delivered but never did and got delivered when I was out so left it at my neighbour's. Due to the delay they promised a complimentary gift which never arrived.
The product is definitely not worth it, I went for the premium quality one expecting a good product but was highly disappointed. Very poor quality material and very flimsy even when fully assembled. The instructions were equally as bad. Giving 1star because you can't leave a review without a star. Stay away and don't waste your money with this company as they are a con.

Reasonable communications, poor delivery...dedicated as a 2-man lift...only one man (the driver) was present.

The shed is NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

This is advertised as 'on offer...' allegedly saving over £200! It is poor value even at this 'reduced price'

The floor is particularly poor. It is incapable of bearing the weight of someone on step ladders without making holes in the weak plastic panels.

I have had to cover the floor with interlocking tiles to protect it.

The door hinges are small and basic... there is no form or
of adjustment and the clearance at the bottom is very small.

The walls bow under the slightest pressure, for example, putting a screw into them during construction, even towards the end of the build, when all panels and roof are in place giving mutual support.

Very disappointed with this shed and the lack of durability of the materials.

Terrible company to deal with. Useless beyond belief. Nothing but excuses and passing blame. Few months later still don’t have my pergola. Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed with their service, after been told item was in stock and waiting over 21 working days, 2 phone calls and promises of updates, nothing happen, no apology given for misleading as item was not in stock and they were waiting for manufacturer to deliver.
Never again, this company should remember to be more honest with customers.

Orders a 8x6 shed advertised as heavy duty its not fit for purpose the floor and some panels had cracks in them from delivery which was supposed to be a 2 man delivery but only 1 which explains the damage as thrown in van which had seen much better days well you live and learn please.dont.buy from.these as the quality is disgusting

Customer service is shocking, no reply to emails or messages.

We had a shed delivered today and it is unacceptable and disgusting that you would just leave the heavy boxes outside the house, even though we were told they would be brought round to the garden, my grandparents are old, one of the boxes was broken, unacceptable, appalling delivery. Do better!

Placed an order. Was promised delivery in 5-7 days still nothing 3 weeks later. No response to emails and no refund. Avoid by this company they are scammers. Now gong through my bank to collect my money back

I recently bought the Pro Grade 8x10 plastic shed from Garden Deals Direct. Overall, it’s an okay shed for the price, but there are a few things buyers should be aware of.

Some of the side panels were slightly bowed, and once assembled the shed felt quite flimsy. I ended up reinforcing it with 2x3 timber on the inside to make it sturdier. The plastic floor is also a weak point—it cracks very easily, so I’d recommend covering it with plywood or another protective surface before using it.

Delivery took a few weeks, but I understand that’s likely because it was shipped from China. To be fair, I was kept informed throughout the process, and the delivery team were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional.

Overall, with a few modifications the shed does the job, but it’s not as robust as I expected straight out of the box. I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered a shed in April, still hasn't been received. They lie constantly about where your order is, one minute telling you they have it, the next they don't and its still not in port. Now been waiting for a refund for over 2 weeks and having to issue a charge back through the bank as they won't provide funds. Absolute joke of a company don't waste your time or money.

The plastic shed took 2 months to arrive, they said they didn’t have the color we wanted so they had to order it, upon trying to build the flimsy waste of time we ended up giving up , the shed was so thin it kept falling apart and the first week the roof blew off due to the 1cm screws they send, do not buy a plastic shed and more importantly do not buy from this company STICK WITH TIMBER from a different company

Still no delivery. Emailed asking for update, replied with will look in to it. Now silence again. Another email, silence. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

I’ve been begging them to send me the shed since April 26th.
Now I’m fighting to get my money back!! Scammers.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a lower score!!! 8x12 ordered back in April and still haven’t been delivered. We’ve had a number of excuses blaming the wall and then the courier company at no point has this company taking responsibility for not being able to deliver the goods communication is awful. Do not buy from this company.

AVOID USING THOSE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Total scammers!!!! We ordered a shed in April and here we are in July with no shed! Communication is non existent and when I ring weekly for updates the same guy answers each time?? Which has rung major alarm bells, seems to be a one man show?? When I call now he is getting quite shirty with me as if it’s my fault my shed hasn’t come and that me calling weekly isn’t acceptable?? You have my money and I have no shed to show for it! Constantly blaming the Iran conflict which is just a cop out. I get told each time it will be with you by the end of next week….or it’s not on country, it is on the county. It’s at port, no it’s not or it’s with the freight team…constant lies. We will be contacted the scam department today with our bank and contacting watch dog. We paid £850 for a shed in April and we have no shed. They are a complete fraud and a scam. Don’t get stung like we did! We want a full refund.

We ordered our 6ftx5ft shed on the 12th June and was delivered on the 15th June so extremely quick.
At first it seemed daunting when we saw how many parts there were.
Once laying out the different parts and following instructions page by page we had the shed finished within two days.
Not bad for a husband and wife team both 75 years old!
Can thoroughly recommend 👌 👏

We ordered a shed from here in April. There were delays due to the Iran conflict. They eventually offered us a different shed that they had in stock. It arrived but, as we're a Royal British Legion club run by elderly volunteers, we decided that it would be far too complicated to put up. We enquired about a return and were told, no problem. We arranged for the return to be sent, then heard nothing. We have had to constantly chase for answers. I spoke to someone who said that the box was damaged in transit. It would be checked and, as we're a Royal British Legion charity, serving and helping veterans, he'd try his best to ensure a full refund. Then we heard nothing. I received a notification to say that £50 was being knocked off the £750 that we paid. I emailed today to chase to be told it was issued a few days ago. I checked the account and they have refunded £50 out of £750. It's absolutely disgusting and we'll be pursuing this legally. Awful company, avoid at all costs. I've also contacted RBL head office, and the press.

UPDATE: THE REMAINING AMOUNT OF £699.95 WENT INTO OUR ACCOUNT TODAY, THANK YOU.

This company is to be avoided like the plague. BE AWARE!! From the ordering process and the false claim of 5-7 day deliver, this company has lied.

We order 2 units and both came damaged and were substandard. The customer service was non existent until I issued a CHARGEBACK TO finally get my money back. Then I’m getting email every 5 minutes to get their substandard crappy CHINESE PRODUCTS RETURNED

Trading standards should be aware of these people. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS!!

Took nearly a month to get my shed. Then it turned up without any communication. We built the shed today. Now it's complete, I am.pleased with it, but it was really hard to build and took five hours for two people. Instructions were not great and a lot of studying the parts etc. By comparison I built a bigger Keter shed on my own in 3 hours. I am not saying to avoid this company and it's products but be prepared for hassle and a difficult build to get a nice new shed.
