Have given this company 4 weeks to delivery missing part on delivery which they were notified on the 14th August. I'm still no further. I've sent emails, called multiple times and each time someone says they will sort it/ provided me so hope and it doesn't get sorted I've even had someone say the part I'm looking for isn't correct even though the paperwork say otherwise. Now they are just avoiding any resolution for this part and I can't even build the product I've purchased.

Do not under any circumstances use this company, they are scam artists
3 months after placing an order, numerous emails and phone calls later I have cancelled the order and am now awaiting a refund

Was unsure after reading reviews, but glad we made the decision to buy from here. The shed turned up in under a week and was well packaged. The communication was also good with people in UK on hand on the phone. Very happy with the quality of the shed and with it looking exactly as the pictures

I purchased a 6x8 plastic shed on August 15th after a previous tradesman let me down. It was only after my purchase that I read the reviews, which were concerning due to mentions of poor quality, bad communication, and difficulties with refunds. I feared the worst, but to my surprise, I received frequent updates regarding my order. Although I remained skeptical, the shed was delivered on the seventh working day with a two-hour delivery window. It arrived with one delivery driver, and the shed was assembled over the August Bank Holiday with no missing parts. The only challenge was that it required at least three people for assembly, but otherwise, I am very satisfied with the service and product and would highly recommend this company.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. We ordered our shed in July it arrived at the beginning of August with a missing box. The box turned up - parts missing and the wrong colour. Waited ages for correct parts and still wrong ones sent after chasing. 2 months down the line and we still don’t have a shed we can put up. Asked for a refund and the parts to be collected but no joy

I have been waiting weeks for my double bin store. I emailed and they’ve promised me the end of next week. Where is it coming from? The 🌙 moon? I paid £399.00 for it. Jury is out on whether it arrives and if so, in what condition???

I ordered the Pro Grade 6ft x 5ft Shed - Oak Woodgrain Texture for £469 from them and it arrived with broken pieces. Unfortunately, I found out after I had already built the shed floor which meant that I couldn't return it. I complained to their customer service and sent photos of the broken pieces. They never replied after my photos were sent. I emailed them to follow up and got no response. I was given no compensation for their broken parts despite the fact that their product was faulty.

I wish I had visited Trustpilot before placing an order with Garden Deals Direct as I would have save myself a lot of time and frustration. I ordered a plastic shed and waited for delivery after 2 weeks no delivery notice came so I called and eventually got through to them. I was told to expect within 6 days and then w days later I received an email saying the shed is no longer in stock and could take another 4 weeks. They offered a similar sized shed in a slightly different colour scheme so I replied I would change my order to that. Another week went by and no delivery date so I called to find that that shed was also out of stock. At that point I sent an email asking for a refund and the next day I called to confirm that the refund was going through. Apparently the accounts department hadn’t seen and would however send refund within 12-14 working days. On the 14th day I received the full repayment. The company makes out it has a large amount of stock and make you believe the have various departments in the company. However I get the feeling they are a one man show and limited on what they get. Strangely my neighbour purchased a shed from them a few weeks later but had a nightmare erecting it and had to cut panels to size and drill fixing holes. Based on my experience I would never use Garden Deals Direct in the future and advice all to stay clear of them.

The customer service from this company is very poor. We have tried to contact them several times to no avail. We have a shed with no complete roof.

Ordered a bin store, was on order for over four months and despite chasing up no communication. Ultimately cancelled the order and now having to chase a refund. This Company does not deserve customers .

The is without question the worst company I have ever dealt with 2 1/2 months in , numerous calls and chasing emails no response now in over a month and still no delivery

Spoken to a number of staff who all tell me this week , the last contact was the 03/08 confirming delivery for the same week .

We ordered a shed in early August but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock and delivery would be after the time we needed the shed. I contacted the company and they were both polite and helpful. I asked for a full refund and this was dealt with quickly, the amount was credited to my account within a fortnight.

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

The problems began with the delivery. I was told this would be a two-person delivery, but only one person arrived and expected me to help unload and carry the shed to my house. When I questioned this, the driver was passive-aggressive and made the whole experience uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, things only got worse. Once we started assembling the shed, it became clear that it did not fit together properly. Several of the plastic side panels are bowed, which means the roof cannot be fitted correctly, and there is also a damaged part. I contacted the company by phone and was told to email them with photographs and evidence.

I have now sent FOUR emails, including pictures clearly showing the problems, and have received no proper response.

After repeatedly chasing them, I finally managed to speak to someone on the phone and was told that a refund and collection would be arranged. It has now been over 2 week and I have still received no confirmation of either the refund or collection.

I have dismantled and repacked the entire shed into its boxes as requested. I was specifically told not to allow the boxes to get wet, so they are currently being stored inside my house. These are very large boxes and are taking up a significant amount of space, making it difficult to move around the house and creating a potential safety issue, particularly with toddlers around.

I am completely tired of having to constantly chase this company. Their lack of communication and apparent disregard for everything I have explained both by phone and email has been extremely frustrating.

A faulty product is one thing — problems can happen — but the way a company responds when something goes wrong says a lot about its customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely poor.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company and purchasing from a more reputable retailer, even if it means paying a little more. The saving simply isn't worth the stress, inconvenience and time wasted trying to get an issue resolved.

ordered a bin cover, never received it and then received fake tracking from a company, which once i contacted them, stated it wasn't their tracking reference.

Fraudulent, reported to trading standards and had to contact my credit card company to get my money back

We had the same issues as most people on here, we ordered the 12ft x 8ft shed on the 5th may and we finally received it on the 4th August!! I had numerous phone calls with the same guy who was always helpful and apologetic, this company aren’t scammers they just have poor customer service (promising what they can’t deliver) the shed itself was quite easy to assemble and I had it up in a day, would I use again probably not but to anyone waiting you will receive your item ……..eventually

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a bin store on the 13th June. Have still not received it on the 23rd August… Staff are unhelpful and rude, still don’t have my money back despite being promised a refund. Will start a charge back with my card provider shortly.

Bought 'Pro Grade 6ft x 5ft Premium Plastic Double Door Garden Shed - Oak Woodgrain Texture. Not amazing, not worth the money. Cheap and flimsy. Not "pro grade' by any means. On a plus side, it actually did turn up. If I knew what I knew now I wouldn't have bothered. Buy a wooden shed instead!!

Horrific customer service and now they won’t refund me my money back.

First of all I wouldnt rate this company 1 star. Ordered a shed for delivery 29th of June. It didn’t turn up, emailed them asking when it would arrive, they said there was trouble with the van and would be here within the next week, it still didn’t turn up. Waited a further 2 weeks still no sign, emailed asking for a refund, waited a few days for a reply then I was told it would be 7-10days to hit my bank account waited over 10 working days still no refund
