Assembly
the ordering and delivery went very well, however the assembly was a bit complicated. I think because it was new, the locking pins were very stiff and hard to push to fit the next attachment. The blade wears very fast. I know my wife would not be able to unpack and assemble this by herself

Today I was trying out my new Lawno
Today I was trying out my new lawno. It was light, which I found brilliant. The Lawno edged the lawn perfectly, and when I changed to the blade, it was easy for me to do. The instruction sheet is easy to understand and very specific with great diagrams. The blade cut the tall grass around my trees. I loved the protection bar which ensured I didn't accidently cut into the stems of my plants. I had preordered my Lawno, but it was worth the wait, in fact it came before the expected delivery date. I am very happy with the product.

Finally a company that shows respect to their clients and their product
I have not experienced in my business working life, a company that is so respectful to their clients and their product. I had a small issue with the wheels, I contacted Lawno, I received an email the very next day with helpful instructions along with a guarantee if it was to happen again, I would receive a full refund. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you Nick and team. You are absolutely wonderful company to deal with.

We are 82 and 72 and absolutely love the Lawno
I had seen the Lawno advertised and was very interested to try it.
I am 72. My hubby is 82.
I have rheumatoid and sciatica and hubby has arthritis as well.
We have a huge yard. 1527m2.
It was getting so hard for us.
Electric heavy edger with a long cord.
And a lawnmower that is getting so hard to start.
It was not enjoyable doing our yards anymore.
The Lawno looked so good, we thought we would give it a try.
Wow. It is now a joy to get out in the yard and do stuff.
We do it in stages. Not all at once and it is now fun.
With my hand, everything was hard. The Lawno is so light it is very, very easy for me to manage.
And, it is absolutely amazing.
We now do all the edges, trimming and mowing of the smaller areas with the Lawno. No more heavy tools with long cords.
The battery lasts about 40 minutes which is fabulous.
And no more threading trimmer cord, ever again.
The easy to screw on trimmer cord attachments are fantastic.
We really love getting out now and are working our way, a little each day, through all the overgrown places that we have had to let go because it was simply too hard.
It is so powerful, yet so light. We absolutely love it.
If you are elderly, like us, then you will find it amazing.
If you only have small areas of grass to be mown, then you don't need anything else except this.
I don't often leave reviews. Only for exceptional products and/or service.
We love it.
Oh. And an Australian company. Even better.

Sue, we are going to be honest; this review stopped us completely, and we read every single word. At 72 and 82, both managing rheumatoid arthritis, sciatica and arthritis between you, and a 1527 square metre yard that had become simply too hard, and now it is a joy again. Doing it in stages, working through the overgrown places a little each day, and actually having fun out there together. That is everything. Truly everything.

This product is not robust as expected…
This product is not robust as expected to handle anything other than pristine even surface lawns of a small area.
The battery life on two occasions is very disappointing; first cut the battery lasted about 5 minutes and the second cut around 3 minutes. At that rate, it would take around 7 hours to finish the lawn. Of 28 square meters.

That is far below what it should deliver and is not normal at all — a fully charged battery should give you around 30 to 45 minutes of runtime. Handy little tool
Handy little tool that saves me from carting the large lawnmower through the house. Takes a while to learn how to use it efficiently, as it can be quite vicious if you get the angle wrong.

Ideal for steep blocks too!
There’s so many clear explanations about how to set the Lawno up that it’s very difficult to get this wrong. I actually gifted the lawno to my daughter who lives on a very steep block in Newcastle. I took it down there and she was very happy with how easy it was to use. Her block has multiple levels and steep stairs and is impossible to mow with a normal lawnmower. The lawno is ideal for that block.

Prompt responses, good communication on availability and when to expect my order to be filled. Instructions on how to use this product are clear. I haven’t used the lawn yet, but I’ve read all the instructions and watched the videos, which are also very simple and easy to follow. I look forward to the debut run!

Tool did t work correctly no refer above
Tool did t work correctly. Team did everything to try to help. Getting new blade sent and hopefully that will resolve everything. The Lawno works well with the soft cutter but wheels keep coming off with the solid blade, which I need. I like the unit and the customer support
