Great cushions at a very good price and wuicklhvdelivered

The despatch time for my order of two sun lounger cushions was very quick, however, there had clearly been a picking error at the warehouse and one of the cushions was not what I had ordered. It took two days for the customer help desk to reply to my email, however, from there on in their service was excellent. A prepaid return label was provided and, since I sent a photo of the tracking number to Gardenista on the day of return, the replacement arrived the next day. The product itself is exactly as described and is clearly very well made. One star lost for the inconvenience of having to return an item but overall an excellent service and product. I would use them again without hesitation. (I have posted this review one month in retrospect.)

Beautiful colour & product quality - very impressed for the price!!

I wanted comfy & bright cushions for my garden sofa and that is exactly what I got. I bought 2 neon pink and 2 neon green cushions and they are lovely, the quality is good, the colour is amazing and delivery was brilliant…I ended up buying another 2 and would not hesitate to buy more if I needed them! Very happy with my purchase and the customer service 👍

The cushions I bought were exactly as described and the colour is even better when seen "in the flesh"! They are lovely quality and very comfortable. The delivery was superfast and much appreciated as I was hosting some friends and they arrived well in time.

I ordered a steamer chair cushion from Gardenista and it is perfect for my new steamer chair. It was promptly delivered and £20 less expensive than the same item at The Range. The only improve.ent I can suggest is please do not use Evri for deliveries. For 'affordable' read cheap'. OK if they deliver to the right address with a little care for the customer, but to Evri delivering to the right address without being rude and unplasant is too big an ask. I would gladly pat towards delivery if it was anybody other than Evri.
