Garden Trading Avis 

I bought a few items in the sale and they are all great, from small plant pots to larger pieces of furniture. Fabulous quality and really good customer service when needed.

A broken pot was delivered
I have emailed customer service re this but a week later there is still no response

So many great things on this website that I love but I needed a new doormat and have purchased from garden trading before so I knew it would be a good buy.

I ordered few items from garden trading and again very pleased with the quality, lovely strong kitchen bin, looks great, kitchen tidy is alot bigger than I expected, and well worth the price, thank you, 🙂

First of all the item is lovely. Quite pricey but overall I’m happy with it. Where they’ve massively fallen down is customer service. It took 3 attempts for dpd to actually deliver, despite me being home on every one of them. Now I fully accept that this was an issue with dpd but my purchase was with garden trading. So after sending multiple emails because they have no contact number on their website and dpd were showing the parcel couldn’t be tracked I asked for my rather expensive shipping cost to be refunded as a good will gesture. Finally, weeks later I get an email saying sorry we will not be refunding your shipping as it did arrive. Truly dreadful. Won’t use them again.

So I got the marble tray, which I like, but inside you can see a marble fault, that has been glued on, then it doesn’t fit the bloody butter… and I still have to cut it. Good price.

Placed order received goods they were broken have been sending info to garden trading for 3 weeks and just keep getting standard reply of sorry ee are busy! Not great guys

One of my items arrived damaged. I emailed them to advise and after 3+ weeks I am still waiting for a response.

One item arrived smashed. I have sent three emails so far seeking a resolution, and have not received any response. Nice products, poor customer service. :(

Very disappointing. The cake dome arrived with visible scratches and brown discolouration on the glass. I provided photographs to Garden Trading, but they refused to acknowledge it as a fault and would not provide a prepaid return label. Poor product quality and disappointing customer service.

Great website, clear and accurate description, speedy postage and I absolutely love it! Sat outside my house as a wonderful welcome.

I just love my purchases - they came securely wrapped and were even better than I had imagined. Super quality as always from Garden Trading. 😍
