Table isn’t as described with a veneer top which is poor quality

Still not received my order, just an automated email to say a higher number of enquiries. This has been going on for a few weeks and no personal response to my email. Not really good enough, definitely won’t be recommending to my followers

Two large Positano pots were delievered in pieces (this is the third parcel delivered broken from Garden Trading). I have written three times to request a refund for these pots but received no reply - although for the previous two orders the damages were replaced.

I have a defected product. I completed the online form to request a replacement or refund and have not received any response or acknowledgment of the issue

UPDATE - OPENED A CHARGE BACK REQUEST WITH BANK AFTER BEING IGNORED FOR OVER 2 WEEKS

I contacted Garden Trading to request a return because the goods were not as described and asked them to provide a prepaid return label. I have now contacted them multiple times over a period of more than two weeks and have received no response or return instructions whatsoever.

I only wanted to return the cushions and resolve the issue directly with the company. Unfortunately, after being completely ignored despite repeated attempts to contact them, I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank.

Very disappointing experience, particularly when the issue could have been resolved so simply by providing return instructions.

Most of my order was lovely but a pan was sent with an ill fitting lid. I’m still waiting for a reply to my message about the faulty item, despite filling in the form 2 weeks ago.

I was happy with my purchases and very pleased at the way my complaint re a defect on one of the mugs was dealt with.

Very good! Fantastic porch light - just had it put up and looks the part!! Had to replace an old plastic one that fell to bits! Delivery very good, packaging very good. Only one thing…regarding the light itself was that the screw fixing to the wall wasn’t man (person………) enough and the electrician put a larger fixing as it is quite heavy. Looks fab!!!

The obelisk is good value and was promptly delivered. Packing could have been a little better, a couple of the legs were bent, but luckily we were able to straighten them without damaging them.

Everything delivered on time and undamaged.

Unfortunately, the door mat was not very strong and very uncomfortable to step onto. However, it wasn't very expensive at the sale price.

Great website and easy to order. Disappointed that I couldn’t add to my order straight away when I saw something else I liked and wanted to save another postage charge. Tried to call but no answer so emailed and didn’t get a reply after a day so called again to be told it wasn’t possible. Other than that pleased with what I ordered and quick delivery.

Bought some beautiful objects from Garden Trading. Really classy and quality and good value as bought on an offer. All items to uplift my kitchen dining space that I have been complemented on and haven’t seen elsewhere. Delivered well packaged.

Sadly though not GT’s fault. My purchase was delivered by DPD to the wrong address.

The Crummock bench and table are really nice. The delivery man was a really nice, friendly chap. Very impressed all round.

I bought a stoneware vintage Flower jug and a mango wood kitchen large chopping board ,very good quality,lovely design and both on sale .
