I bought a stoneware vintage Flower jug and a mango wood kitchen large chopping board ,very good quality,lovely design and both on sale .

Sadly when I received my order the hall table, a garden pot and a vase were all damaged/ broken. I emailed Garden Trading but a week later have heard nothing. This is especially disappointing because the delivery charge is unusually expensive with this company.

10 working days later and my parcel still hasn’t reached DPD for delivery.

Item delivered in about 7 days as promised, with good communication. Price seemed reasonable.

Extremely disappointing experience with Garden Trading.
I placed an order and have been left waiting with no satisfactory explanation or meaningful update about when I can actually expect to receive it.
When I contacted customer service, the response was simply a generic automated message saying they were experiencing a high volume of enquiries and asking customers not to contact them again about the same issue. That is not customer service and it does nothing to resolve the fact that my order has not arrived.
If a company is happy to take payment for an order, it should also be capable of providing accurate delivery information and dealing promptly with customers when something goes wrong.
At this point I don’t want another generic acknowledgement. I want a clear explanation of what has happened to my order and a firm resolution.
Very poor communication and a thoroughly disappointing experience. Based on the service I have received, I would not order from Garden Trading again.

The storage box we ordered came with a damaged lid more than 2 weeks ago and we are still waiting for a response from the customer support team.

Everything went well smoothly no issues All purchases are excellent value I only buy when the 70% +extra 10% off sale is on This makes the items more reasonable Regards Deb

Rebecca in your customer service team was awesome, she was patient and did everything she could to help us get our garden furniture to Jersey in the Channel Islands, a true asset to the company.

Still waiting on my storage box. No communications. Ordered on 19 September.

I found just what I was looking for after browsing for months- it is perfect; the quality is outstanding along with an excellent delivery service.

Good delivery with information along the way. Cake tin and marble as hoped for a. Look forward to using it.

Awful experience. Still waiting for the ridiculously expensive delivery. Customer Service inept, rude and go out of their way to be unhelpful. Will never purchase from them again.

Managed to get a good deal on some external lights in the sale. Pleased with the value for the money. Delivery was very quick and easy.

Wendy the two lamps I purchased arrived one had a small amount of damage to it. I spoke to a member of your staff and in a few days the situation had been rectified.

I bought two wall lights, all delivered fine, unpacked fine, mounted and wired fine.

However this 'pair' of lights do not match, not in any apparent visual way on the surface, just when you turn the lights on. On shade is thin (opaque) and 'glows' the other is thicker and the light is dull.

At first I thought this was because I used different bulbs or the shade was 'turned around'. Having swapped everything around including shades and bulbs it is clear that the shades are manufactured differently - one is thicker. So I weighed them - one is 408g and one is 541g - quite a significant difference.

So absolute awful quality control from your suppliers!!
