Garden Trading Avis 

I examined the crackle glaze pot when it arrived. Unfortunately, as its crackle glaze its impossible to see any cracks etc. You only discover this when you pot your plant and the soil highlights the damage, or in my case the large crack. I contacted Garden Trading and after 9 days of hearing nothing I called them. I was then told that as I had not reported the damage upon delivery the crack had obviously occurred when I potted it. I'm pretty PO with GT blaming me for the damage and now I am out of pocket by £30.00 In this day and age you expect excellent customer service. In this case it was the worst of all. I was blamed and that was it. I would highly recommend that you avoid GT when wanting to purchase anything that "you are going to get blamed for damaging"! AVOID GARDEN TRADING LIKE THE PLAQUE!!!!

My order arrived late and every piece was smashed into loads pieces . I sent an email straight the way explaining my delivery. I had an automated email saying there were very busy with their sale ! A week later I had the same message. It’s over 3 weeks now and have still not had any contact . I’m very disappointed with this company.

Unfortunately, the item wasn’t packaged securely enough for delivery and arrived with damage to one of the corners. The product itself may have been fine if better protective packaging would have helped prevent this. Disappointing to receive an item in this condition.

Lovely colour lamp, but the light on them is awful. Very very dark unfortunately. Tried emailing the company but as yet no reply. Sending them back.

4 Emails sent to Customer Services over the past 2 weeks - No reply to date. Phone lines not working, then when working kept on hold for ever and then cut off.

Great items in the sale at good prices. Roll on the next one.

Great product, easy to order and delivered quickly and efficiently. It was the only site where I could find the rustic jugs that I needed

All items were either poor quality or damaged on delivery. I emailed to request a refund but three weeks later I am still waiting for a response. I definitely won't be purchasing again. Very disappointed.

swift delivery, great products

Customer service have been very friendly, helpful and effecient.

Ordered a few ceramic pots for my indoor plants. Really pleased with the quality and swift delivery. Also added a couple of metal spiral plant supports which are very substantial. The sales are incredible and I always find something really useful.

Item missing from order, have contacted customer service but haven't had a reply. Poor. Will have to raise dispute with CC company. Charged £15.95 delivery, part order arrived wrapped in a black bin bag, second part in standard cardboard box, delivery charge totally unjustified. Again no response from customer service

Didn't receive it! It was delivered by Royal Mail to my daughter's flat in London despite specifying a date (22/9) when I knew she would be in. it was stolen from outside her door. So disappointed.
